Not entirely sure how I was passed to this company. I had provisionally explored car finance through a 3rd party, but certainly not set anything up. I am then sent a flurry of whats app messages from this company. I receive a message that states 'your application is a strong fit for one of our lenders'. I'm sending your details to confirm your approval and credit limit'. Then nothing. I reply to the whats app, which I can see are viewed but no response. I have called them [to date] 14 times. Not one person has answered any of the extensions. Shant be using the.

Positive experience
It was such a delight to communicate with Cav who ensured all my queries were dealt with. She helped look for an affordable car for both myself and kids. You don’t get much people who go over and beyond but Cav is definitely someone who did. I was a quite worried and stressed in terms of stepping into car finance however Cav reassured me of ant doubts I did have. I am glad I put my trust in Cav by taking out car finance with this company. It was overall a positive experience from start to end and I will definitely recommend to any of my family and friends.

Pipe dream, gone wrong bad service Avoid!!!
They start you off on a pipe dream to help you get a car to repair your credit they find a car but when it comes there so much repairs. You ask for help and the dealer and them start ignoring you. Horrible experience avoid at all costs!

Ioana was super helpful all the way throughout the process of buying a new car. I got the car today and everything was fine thanks to her continuous support. She checked the mot history of the car and all the specs. The process lasted more than two weeks but I got exactly the car that I needed. Thank you

Two weeks is a proper commitment and we're really glad Ioana was with you every step of the way. Checking the MOT history and specs might sound like small things but getting those details right is exactly what makes the difference between a car that looks right and one that actually is right for you and it sounds like she nailed it.

communication problems
I must say that the communication throughout this process needs significant improvement. I attempted to contact the office multiple times during the week, with around 20 calls going unanswered.
I was also informed of an administration fee only at the point when the finance was about to go through at the dealership, which I found extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Your message stated that this had been explained at the beginning, however I was never made aware of any admin fee beforehand.
I spent the entire week chasing updates and communication, which made the overall experience very frustrating. Unfortunately, the level of service and professionalism did not meet my expectations.
Got the job done eventually, 1/5 is my honest opinion
