They are good at getting everything sorted until the end when at no time commission a£250 dded for the person setting up the deal also £450 added to the car due to dealership.

Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, I’m really sorry this part of the process left you feeling caught off guard, as that’s never the experience we aim to deliver.
Just to clarify, we do have a £249 broker fee for arranging and securing the deal, this also covers the work we put into vetting our the dealerships and acting on your behalf for any after-sales issues that may occur. We always aim to make this as clear as possible during the process. In terms of the additional dealership charge, this is set by the supplying garage rather than ourselves, as we act as a broker but again, this should always be communicated as soon as it’s confirmed with the dealership.
There’s absolutely no obligation at that stage to proceed if you’re not happy with the full breakdown, so I’m sorry if that didn’t come across clearly or felt like it was introduced too late.
We really value the positive comments about everything up to that point, and we’ll take this on board to make sure pricing is even clearer earlier on.

We have had the best experience with Jay at connect me. Every step was spoken through in detail. Jay has been extremely patient with me choosing a car. I had an excellent experience with this car finance company from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free.
I was quite hesitant at the beginning, as car finance can feel like a big commitment and I wanted to be sure I was making the right decision. I had a lot of questions and needed time to think things through, but I never felt rushed or pressured at any point.
A special thank you to Laura, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. She showed incredible patience and understanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and reassuring me whenever I had doubts. On the phone whenever I was worried/anxious about my decision. And She always made sure I was comfortable with each step before moving forward.
Her friendly and approachable manner really stood out—it genuinely felt like I was dealing with a friend by the end of it all. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her professionalism combined with a personal touch made a huge difference.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend both the company and Laura to anyone looking for car finance. Thank you again for making everything so easy!
