Customer service was great. They got to work incredibly fast. My advisor Sam was very helpful and polite. It was literally a week between me enquiring with the company, to picking up my new car. The process is easy to follow and understand and everyone is happy to deal with enquiries etc. Everything is processed very quickly.

I applied, got rejected and then got emailed daily from them saying, "You’re close to securing your car finance approval". YOU SAID NO, SO STOP HARASSING ME.

Very nice people to deal with.
They help you find what you like with no pressure.

Applied from finance online this company replied straight back had me finance within the first week picked up my car within four days of the finance contact me had a good experience from start to finish only time will tell of how good this company really is so far so good

If possible I would give a zero.

They play fast and loose with the words “trusted” traders. As soon as payment was taken for their work they completely left me out to dry. My car was broken within a month. it was sent back to dealership, who then ignored my calls and texts and proceeded to lie every time about condition of my car and expected return of my car.

Connect me, did absolutely nothing. I made them aware of the constant lies and asked for them to help me with getting the car back or termination of the deal to get me a new car to which they said, that’s not there fault. Do it yourself if you’re not happy.
I nearly lost my job because I had no car for a month to travel. It’s the worst car buying experience of my life. Then when my car was delivered it stunk of smoke and had cigarette ash all over the interior. Again when I spoke to connect me and asked for a “contribution” to the valet of my car they replied. Now your car is fixed and returned we are closing the complaint.
Absolute disgrace how they treated me and the level of “not my problem” attitude was so frustrating and honestly made my life hell.

There is plenty of other companies that offer the same deals they do and I would recommend you try them and steer clear of connect me.
