I don’t expect to be verbally abused (called a see you next Tuesday) by the owner of a business. I dropped my car at Stansted airport with these absolute swindlers. At first I had to pay for the car park on both ends of the journey which was not part of the agreement. Then on the way back left standing in the rain for an hour waiting well after our agreed time. Horrific service - do not use!

My experience with this parking comparison website has been extremely disappointing.

The site advertised a car park as having excellent ratings, yet after booking I discovered numerous negative reviews elsewhere describing issues very similar to the ones I experienced. The ratings displayed on the comparison website did not reflect the reality of the service I received. One star on Google and Trustpilot, yet showing 5 star on their website.

The car park itself introduced additional charges that were not shown at the time of booking, and the overall service was far below what I would expect from a supposedly highly rated provider. While using the service, I encountered multiple other customers who were also complaining about their experiences.

What concerns me most is the apparent lack of transparency. The company operating the car park appeared to be trading under a different name from the one shown during the booking process, and the contact telephone number provided proved to be unusable. When problems arose, the comparison website's support system was effectively useless and unable to provide any meaningful assistance.

I also submitted a negative review through the platform, but it never appeared, which raises serious questions about how reviews are moderated and whether customers are being shown a balanced picture of the services listed.

A comparison website should help customers make informed decisions and protect them from poor operators. Instead, I felt misled and left without support when things went wrong.

Based on my experience, I would not use this website again and would strongly recommend that customers conduct their own independent research before relying on the ratings displayed here.

Stay away from Stansted Newfarm carpark, Park Pilot LTd, damaged my car, staff advised by manager over the phone not to mention anything to me, while dashcam was recording them.
Email to Park Pilot ltd and compare your carpark is unresponsive, they hang up on calls. Have to go to Court.

I booked a parking service through this website for my holiday, at Luton Airport. When I arrived at the airport and called the number, the company informed me that they were cancelling my booking. Since then, I have had no responses from the company or Compare Your Parking about refunding my money, and compensating me for the extortionate last minute parking I had to pay for. Awful service, promoting fraudulent companies and taking no responsibility. As a last attempt to contact them, I spoke to one of their agents who repeatedly told me that it was nothing to do with them and to follow their complaints procedure. I have followed this many times with no response.
Do not use this website.

Absolute garbage

Over an hour late and they'd used all the fuel in the car.

Terrible service! 2 hours late, driver was so rude and tried to start a fight with us when he finally arrived!

When we arrived it was all a bit chaotic cars everywhere and no clear instructions. We found the attendant and he was very nice polite kind and helpful which made me feel a bit better. Whilst we were waiting for our transfer a family came back and started arguing about their mileage change. The attendant explained this is just a drop off and pick up site and the car had been moved to a different location which was explained in our booking info. I couldn’t hear how much their mileage had increased by but the conversation got very heated and I did start to worry again. On return I couldn’t get through to the company for collection. 4/5 calls later they finally answered but it was very difficult to hear and I did not understand the location pick up. I called back a few times as I couldn’t find the location and it was clear the man was getting frustrated with me wheb he exclaimed find it yourself and if you arnt there we won’t collect you and then hung up on me. I started to get very concerened again especially after a 10 hour flight and over 24 hours of being awake. We located the collection site and were taken back to the car park. Everything was fine with my car. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired following the argument we whitenesses and the unwillingness to help when we were struggling to locate the collection point. But my car was returned in exactly the same condition it was left and everything was fine. Overall our experience was fine.

DO NOT USE. They hold your vehicle for ransom, will not allow you to access it until you pay extra cash.

This company does not deserve any stars. Avoid like the plague. They lost our car and key. The company had our details but were not able to tell us where our car was. After 6 hours we were able to locate our car in another random field near Stansted and they were not able to locate the key, I had 2 children and 4 suitcases with me when we were stranded. I ended up getting a taxi home which cost me £110 and we had to collect the car the very next day with a spare one. Original key still not found. Please avoid like the plague. The customer care team are awful and did not show any remorse.

The service I used through them was absolutely terrible! Gregg Maurice Limited. They were using my car while I was away. I got a letter of Intended Prosecution from Metropolitan Police as my car was driven though red traffic lights 8miles away from the car park at 3AM in the morning!

Do not use this company, they are a scam, made me wait 3 hours with an infant, and everytime you call them, they keep on closing the phone.

I just wasted 20 quid on this company for nothing. Tried to book the cheapest long stay around Stansted, but they don't give you the exact details of the place before you book. After booking, finally got the name and address, saw that that place has truly terrible reviews, AND you have to pay an extra 20 pounds for pick up and drop off. I thought I would cancel, and luckily I had paid 2.50 cancellation protection... Nope... Actually that 2.50 just gives you more time in which you can cancel. It doesn't drop the cancellation charge which is 20 pounds. I feel like an idiot for not looking at these reviews before. This is another cowboy company.

Worst parking company ever I tried to cancel within the cancellation period which I just spoke to a Colleague and said needs to be 72 hours before which I did as I did on 7am 10th may when booking was for 12pm 13th may processed the cancellation and says wait upto 10days for refund now after speaking to an agent he said wasn’t with the cancellation period of 72 hrs which it was and that’s why no refund has been processed not only that gave me no other reason and hung up on me terrible service and the fact they try charge you ontop for bus service is a joke people please avoid scammers like this if anyone knows who we report this too be much appreciated thanks

Misleading advertising and complete service failure!

I had a very frustrating and costly experience booking airport parking through this website. TWICE!

I specifically chose what was advertised as “Executive Meet and Greet” parking. However, after receiving my confirmation, I discovered the actual provider was Safe Meet and Greet, a company I had previously used via this compare site and deliberately wanted to avoid due to a terrible past experience (over 3 hours waiting for my car).

What’s particularly concerning is that this provider appears under a different name on this platform, with much higher ratings than they have elsewhere. Their genuine Trustpilot reviews are extremely poor (mostly 1-star), which makes this feel like misleading and deceptive advertising.

On the day of travel, the service failed completely. I tried to contact the provider 30 minutes before arrival as instructed, but none of my calls went through. I made over 20 attempts via phone and WhatsApp from multiple numbers, no response at all.

As a result, I was forced to use the airport’s Short Stay car park at a cost of £70 per day, totalling £280.

This experience caused:
Significant stress at the start of my journey
A complete lack of service
An unexpected £280 extra cost

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking, as the actual provider may not be what is advertised.

We nearly missed our flight as they didn’t come to collect the car despite calling ahead of time, they wanted to make us wait 1 hour after landing so ended up having to pay for a taxi to the yard that they kept the car. Terrible service ! AVOID

Do not use, this company act as a broker and don’t care about the quality provided by the service provider. We booked through them and our car was very late being collected so we nearly missed our flight. The car was returned late. Staff unhelpful and dishonest

Cowboys leading Cowboys - that's the only way to describe them. They offer services from unregulated 'companies'; show fake good reviews, fake names of the companies, fail to tell you about additional fees until AFTER you have booked and paid and take no responsibility for the poor service you will receive. It's cheaper and less stressful to book in the long stay airport carpark or park nearby and uber.

Do not trust these people and never leave your car with them. You may not even know where your car is, and when you come back, you might not find it there anymore.

I went abroad for a short period of time and accidentally left £565 in the centre console of my car. When I returned, the money was gone. One of the employees even confirmed with the driver that the money had been in the centre console. Later, they also admitted that the money was there. However, the money had disappeared.

I was lucky that my car was returned. Others might not even find their car when they come back. The police are currently involved and there is an official report filed.

I will do everything I can to get my money back, and if necessary, we will even take this matter to court.

I would warn people not to use this company they are awful, we were told to go to car park 6 when we do it was full, we tried to contact the company it kept going to giff gaff answer phone. When we eventually got through we were told to go to the Premier inn which we did and it cost us £30 because we were in the drop off zone eventually someone picked it up after 28 phone calls. We are now back from our break and have been waiting 30 minutes so far still no car has arrived, and yes youve guessed it keeps going to answer phone
