Disaster! Booked at Stansted for a 2 week holiday. Suspicious happenings from the start. Asked to park in one car park then that was changed to another. Told to park by ticket machine even in a disabled space. A few Asian men wandering about looking at registration plates - no uniforms or ID. After a fair wait with nothing happening, airport police and security descended en masse and moved them on. They have a site about 2 miles away but they are NOT allowed to use airport carparks for collection and return of vehicles. We were lucky to have a landside officer find us parking in the main meet and greet at a reduced rate but others may not have been so lucky. We still had to pay £21 to get out of that car park. So, we had paid £107 initially and had to pay a further £120 on the day. A stressful start to a holiday. Unexpectedly after threatening CYP with legal action, we did get our money back but DON'T risk it. DO NOT USE THIS CHEATING COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!! Read the reviews and AVOID!!!

AVOiD !!!!! Twice I’ve used this platform , 1st time my sunglasses were stolen out of my car by whoever picked up my car from Stansted and the second time I was booked to meet the parking company very early last week and the phone number I was asked to ring no one picked up and I tried over 50 times !!!! So I had to pay £150 by using the rip off official car park . They need to vet the companies they use as I’ve been ripped off twice . Never again !!! DO NOT USE AVOID !!!!

They left me, my daughter and my elderly mother stood outside the airport for 4 hours in the early hours of the morning. Only when the police were called and drove us to your site we were able to get our keys and car back. I didn't get home until 6am and had to go to work at a school for 7am. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever been victim of by a company. They didn't answer 159 of my attempted calls and when they finally answered one they started psychopathically laughing down the phone at our desperation.
This was at stansted but we were advised that compare your parking is all the same company operating all these little cowboy junkyards and they have been trying to get rid of them for over a year and a half as there are large groups of stranded victims there on a daily basis. The drop off was also stressful and unnerving they rarely answer the phone and are so vague and were late collecting the vehicle also.

No communication, they answers the phone once, I told them I would be half an hour (as per their instructions) I expected my car to be ready & waiting for me but they left me waiting at Stansted Airport for over 2 hours!!!
They hung up when I called subsequently. My car had been valeted prior to my holiday yet there were dirty footprints in the front and back. It looked like they were using my car to taxi people around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

These parking service they connected me with was 30 mins late to drop off and 50 mins late to collect. Useless.

Scammers, stay away. I booked parking through Compare your parking, and checked when booking that it won't be a company which you have to leave your key with them, guess what, that was bit the case. I got booked with someone called Just park and ride, bit to be confused with just park.
Absolute chaos when I got there. A metal shed for office when you drop your key, which is not stated in the email. A nasty attitude from the staff member on site. And to top it up, a £20 fee to be dropped off to the airport .The shuttle, fitlty...
And, they don't drop you off in the airport, but in the parking lot of the hotel near by.
Never again and would highly recommended to avoid.

The company acting as an agent do not care about the companies they promote. In particular the company used did not follow their own procedures, no one there to collect the car, and a nearly 3 hour wait to get the car back. AVOID at all costs, they may be cheap but they do not provide anything near a"meet and greet" service.

So many people at Gatwick waiting for cars for over two hours from these clowns. Don’t book. Use a trusted airport provider and don’t risk a shitty end to your holiday

Dishonest, with hidden transfer fees and a £20 cancellation fee.

If i could give it 0 stars then i would. My elderly mother booked meey and greet through them wity prime meet and greet at stansted. She and my neice are disabled and my neice has autism/adhd so we use meet and greet as its easier with their equipment and with my neices autism.we followed instructions and called prime 30min before arrival but no answer. I called repeatedly and even left whatsapp message... nothing. We entered the orange car park (12.00 entry fee) and found no one. It appears prime is not licensed to operate in stansted. My neice had a melt down, my mum was crying my sister was stressing over where to park. It was rather traumatic start to the holiday. Luckily we got parking in novotel... another 80.00 and managed to get to the airport but our first day was ruined. My mother was still crying on the airplane. It really caused havoc. I just wish my mum had spent time looking at reviews because what ive seen they are not great. Ive reached out to the company but have heard nothing. Please if your looking for airport parking research research research and ensure they are licenced by the airport.

They claim to offer customers ' the most efficient, reliable and affordable parking services which will allow them to enjoy stress-free travel'. This is a complete lie. They provide a platform for fraudulent meet & greet parking 'services' to operate - do not use them, you will be scammed by the parking firms they advertise.

Extra charges!! Ever though at time of booking it shows as all fees included. This is not the case, they charge £10 each way, but wouldn’t get us get on drop off bus without paying for both ways upfront. Waited over an hour for a bus, which then couldn’t fit all passengers on, so some had to wait until they returned which was another 30 minutes. Only one bus running at a time so if miss or can’t get on, you have to wait. No toilet facilities as stated and run by foreign staff who hardly spoke English. Car park is a gravel yard and it’s a free for all so god forbid you get blocked in. At pick up, they tried cramming too many passengers in when not enough sits. For a little extra, park at the airport!!

Rose parking LTD! Incredibly rude staff ,bad communication was left waiting with my child in car park for over 30 mins when arrived at drop off and also 45 mins when waiting to collect despite giving notice as asked on website!! Pretty disgraceful service & company will never use again!

AVOID booking meet and greet with IMG Parking Limited through this company for Luton Airport.
We called 30 mins before arrival, as instructed, and were told to go to drop off/pick up car park level 0, area D, which we did.
After several minutes and no one arriving we called, first time no answer then eventually they answered. The person was difficult to understand and seemed to also have difficulty understanding me as kept asking how far off we were and had to repeat myself several times explaining we had already called 30 mins before arrival and now at the airport.

It was a strained call and when I apologised that i hadn’t understood so asked her to repeat what she’d said slowly she proceeded to shout the words “I dispatch now” at me several times.

Still they did not arrive - called again, same difficulty (after they answered eventually) with a different person, but at least this person didn’t shout at me but I did seem to keep going round in a loop. Told me someone was coming.

After 44 minutes, and panic setting in, we exited the area and booked official Luton airport long stay.

But as we were over 30 minutes at drop off/pick up cannot pay for parking as over the time and will get a parking garage £95, plus presumably the parking time (£7 for 10 mins plus a £1 per minute there after). Not to mention the £80 meet and greet initial cost and then the parking we used at long stay £130

So all in all parking for 1 week which should have cost £80 has cost us c. £350!!! Plus a whole lot of stress, thankfully I had allowed 3 hrs, as we only had 1 and half hours when we arrived and if i didn’t have special assistance as unable to walk we’d have missed our flight!!

If it was possible to review with zero then i would.
Do not and i mean DO NOT use this company to book your airport parking!
They are as much of a scam as the parking services that they offer.
Utterly appalling and refusing to refund me my money and appear to have now blocked my number after hanging up on me!

This company does not give accurate information and lies about the company’s they represent. Please avoid using them, they are scammers

Avoid this company.
Very rude customer service and completely unreliable. We called in advance exactly as instructed, yet the driver kept hanging up on us and then told us to wait another 40 minutes after arrival.
Totally unacceptable behaviour and very stressful before travelling. This is not a professional meet & greet service at all.
I will never use this company again.

The provider I had through this company was awful. Really late to collect our car and we faced extra charges which have not been reimbursed. Compare your parking were not in the slightest bit interested in this and the appalling communication from the company. They gave no support for this issue. I would never use them again!!

This was the most horrible experience! At the return, we waited for 2 hours before the car was brought. The person at the phone says the car is coming in 10 minutes, but it doesn't happen. and you call again and again and they always lie to you. Late at night, we thought the car was stolen.
And because they use Orange Parking at Stanstead to meet and greet, you have to pay the parking card both on departure and arrival which cost you additional £26.
Never again!!
