This is based on the ordering and delivery experience only. Just got the couch and haven't even sat in it yet. Everything so far has been like clockwork. LOTS of cardboard, might be nice if they figured out a way to reuse it. It is a snap to open and assemble, wouldn't take much for that to be included so that they could.

Great couch. Comfortable for smaller people but not very useful for tall people as the couch is not very deep

Ordering was easy the delivery failed. I did get the couch but was out of town so I had to move it myself in my apartment

Love my new coddle couches. They are beautiful and comfortable. Such a unique design and it was a cinch to put together just click on the legs. The boxes are very very large so make sure you have room for them but the delivery was right on time and they were very helpful. Thumbs up for Coddle!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this couch! It looks amazing and is very comfortable. The delivery was faster than expected and the delivery man was very nice.

Ordering and shipping I will give 5 stars ⭐️ Kristi Roberson was more than helpful. Delivery was a mess. Their was only 1 person to deliver my coddle ( not his fault ) and had to leave it in the lobby and couldn’t take up to the 3rd floor where I live which annoyed the manager. I had paid for white glove service, which the delivery man had with him and knew nothing about what it meant. I was able to get 2 friends to get it up my apartment, put it together and remove the packaging then take it to the recycling center and dispose of it. Again, Kristi Roberson was there and eased my anxiety throughout the whole mess up. God bless her she was professional and calming to me throughout the whole time . She deserves 10 stars.

We totally love our coddle, it is such great quality and more than we ever expected, It is truly everything they say and so comfortable, you can see how they really have researched over 100 years to come up with such a wonderful piece of furniture.

My experience from my first call to order to the delivery was wonderful, the representative I had, Lillian, was so willing to help me place my order and went over all the details regarding the furniture and the delivery which went so smoothly and arrived earlier than anticipated, we are going to purchase another one, I would definitely recommend this.

We love the quality, comfort and versatility of the coddle couch and mattress. I do wish.that the mattress were less expensive. Shortly after financing mine, the mattress went on a promotion for 50% off. Financing is great if you need it. Bed is comfortable. Couch is great.

I LOVE my sofa!. It is everything I was hoping for. It was super easy to set up and it is amazingly comfortable. I love my choice which is funny because I was so nervous ordering it without actually sitting in it. I am so happy with my choice.
I am however extremely unimpressed and annoyed at the delivery service which was the worst part of my experience thus far. I was never notified of a window for delivery. I was called and left a message with a phone number which I called several times and was met with only a busy signal. I then received a phone call several days later that they would be at my home in 15 minutes. Thank goodness we were home. My friend met them at our gate to direct them to my RV. They refused to follow him and told the lady at the front desk they were leaving the package. When she saw how big it was she refused. When I went to speak to him and asked him to follow me he told me , "No" and recanted it following my insistence that the sofa was to be delivered into my home.
He half heartedly apologized to my friend but the ordeal was very frustrating.
I know I put my space number on my original order but It was not on the delivery order. Long story short it was finally delivered to our living room and we have been enjoying its comfort ever since.

My wife was quite surprised and elated. Couch is great and she was verry happy that it fit her legs when sitting and later in the day how well she slept on it. You have a great product. Only thing that kept from having 5 stars was the delays in shipping, and that was out of your hands.

Love my new coddle couch! My wife found this online after an extensive online search trying to find something with style AND comfort. Let's face it, how many sofa sleeper's or futons are actually comfortable. Bought the topper as well and it's perfect!

The only issue I had was the delivery company that was used for the 'white glove delivery'. Cheap outfit! I spoke to them ahead of time telling them that the couch would go in my upstairs office in a townhouse and it was never written down so just one delivery driver pulled up. The poor guy had to carry it himself with my wife helping. Not exactly my idea of white glove delivery but it ended up being setup as planned by him.
