Comfortable, modern look sofa. Recline to flat surface or bed for resting and sleeping. Power outlet and USB ports for charging. Very good design and function.

I LOVE the chair and ottoman. Very good quality and it was so easy to set up. They arrived in large boxes and packed very well.

I would recommend this product.

Customer service was quick to respond to my only issue which was nice. Didn’t help as delivery had taken place and wasn’t threshold but they were quick to call and find out what happened

My delivery was set and canceled twice because their driver called in sick. It was very inconvenient we had to takeoff work two days waiting for our sofa to arrive. It would’ve been nice had they offered something extra for the extreme inconvenience such as offering to set up the sofa or even offered to bring it up our steps but no extra amenities were offered we were just severely inconvenienced. We would buy from cuddle again but not if they are using the same delivery service.

It's a big, chunky couch that says: 'get on me and nap right now!' I didn't believe the part about the cooling layer, but it really works, and it's hot in these here parts right now. It's very comfy for sitting and snoozing. I am very pleased with the purchase and the shipping experience. Thank you Coddle.

Bad experience no knowledge of ya business

Excellent, high quality merchandise.
I bought the Sofa, Chair, and Ottoman. (each separately)
Coddle is Superior in every way. I waited for discounted savings to by each piece. Savings were worth it.
The company provides excellent communication, so you always know the status of your order.
The Furniture is Hip, the technology is Cool.

Easy to order, delivery awkward but worked out ok. I would have preferred a wider seat to support my thighs while sitting but the couch is otherwise comfortable and easy to sleep on.

This is a continuation of my earlier story. The first couch I received had a defective leg. The second couch they sent to replace also had a defective leg. Actually, we (I paid for the white glove service) figured out that they packed the wrong leg in BOTH deliveries so one of them would not fit. However, we used a leg from the first couch and that worked. The couch is comfortable and looks nice. The experience having it delivered was where it went so wrong. Not just once, but twice. I think the employee they have handling this part of it, needs more training. She has a sweet voice and all, but it's not backed up with much professionalism.

I chose the option to have a new couch delivered and made sure I paid for the white glove service this time. But the day the delivery arrived, the SAME THING HAPPENED!!!! The guys had paperwork that said threshhold delivery, not even instructions to pick up the defective couch! I called Coddle immediately and asked the drivers to wait to get a call from their dispatcher with the correct instructions. This was AFTER double checking with the service rep that this would ALL be taken care of this time. SO, about 15 minutes later, the delivery guys were back at the door with the new couch. I suggested that they take the old one out first, so that there was enough room to set up, and the next absolutely crazy statement came out of their mouths, "I can't take the other couch, I do not have the proper paperwork" What a clusterf&^%! I told them NOT to bring the couch in, that I would call and reschedule.

I could go on, but I've spent too much time in my life on this purchase. Suffice it to say, that I now have a couch that looks good. Thank goodness we had the legs from the first couch to switch out. AND I also have their mattress topper that I think must have been folded for so long, that I now have a permanent bump in it. Am I going to return? NOT! I've laid the mattress flat and have piled some heavy stuff on the ridge, hoping that it will eventually flatten out.

This company gave me the best customer service I have ever experiened - and I'm pretty old!They were timely and very accommodating in their response to my complaint.

The sofa is amazingly engineered.....and comfortable. I'm enjoying it a lot.
