Great experience !

We had a really great experience with Tikamoon from start to finish. The delivery went smoothly, arrived right on time, and everything was placed exactly where we wanted it without any hassle.

The furniture itself feels very well made, solid and sturdy, with a quality you can immediately notice. It fits perfectly in our living room and has added a lot of warmth and character to the space!

Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely consider ordering from Tikamoon again.

Amazing quality

Amazing quality, delivered on time and installed directly in my room of choice. I furnished my entire living room with Tikamoon and it looks amazing.

Nothing is assembled!

They say on their website most of their products are already assembled! Took me over 2h and 20 pages to assemble a dining table! Worse than IKEA, quality is very cheap. You know what we say: you get what you pay for!

While most of our furniture is delivered fully assembled, some items require leg assembly to reduce the risk of damage during transport. That said, it should not have taken that long, and we regret the inconvenience.

Great customer relations team - stands by product quality

Ordered a sideboard from Tikamoon - the color was a bit different from the official pictures (ironically, looked closer to another customer's instagram photo they show on the site) but overall still looked good in the house.

The piece arrived with a couple defects. However, customer relations team was quick to respond and we reached a quick resolution that gave me a partial refund to handle the minor repairs myself without going through the hassle of packaging a large piece of furniture up for returns/exchange. Really appreciated the professionalism and Tikamoon team standing by their quality here by offering the convenient resolution.
