This was the best experience to buy furniture online. Costumer service is the best. Fast communications and answers to my questions right away. ( about the size, about delivery time etc ) my delivery was supposed to be at 10am to 6pm. I asked them to make it early if possible ! They were here at 9am. They even communicated with me when they were on their way ! The sofa is absolutely beautiful and comfortable ! Thank you !

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. I contacted Coddle via live chat and received a correct, fast reply. I placed my order and received the couch within a week. The delivery people were very nice and efficient. The packing was top quality. A thick cardboard box within a thick shipping box. Inserting the 4 legs was easy. The plugs and USB ports are very useful. The couch is not just beautiful, it's very comfortable. It's a "Smart Couch" that also easily provides an extra bed. I love it and would buy again!

The delivery experience was awful. I had paid extra for getting the couch delivered and "Assembled" I put that in quotation marks, as there is no assembly, just attaching the four legs. The delivery men that showed up to my new townhome that was just built, decided to take the couch out of the box and take it up to the top floor. I thought it was weird they were taking it out of the box and exposing the metal part that could easily damage drywall if it made contact, but I thought they were experts. I ended up having to assist the deleviry men in getting the couch up to my room. These were not experts, the couch damaged my drywall of a brand new home in multiple places. An awful feeling to a place you just moved. I reported to Coddle, they did practically nothing. Just told me that is on the delivery company, they will reach out with claims forms. I regret this experience and don't recommend this company to anyone.

I am thrilled with my new Coddle sofa! It arrived on time and delivered right to my third floor condo. Getting lots of compliments on looks, comfort and functionality. Y'all rock Coddleme! Keep on developing your cool products

Gorgeous, .comfortable, versatile couch!

I purchased the entire set, couch, chair and ottoman along with the white glove service. Could not be happier! I love the set, the couch has already been used by an overnight guest and they loved it! My white glove team was on time, so professional. They watched the videos online before delivery!

Well built, quality materials, looks great. Unfortunately being 6’5” 230lbs, the furniture is a bit soft and less supportive (primarily the seat cushions) which is a bummer. Adding denser foam would make this a 5 star product.

The furniture is beautiful, literally larger than life and luxurious-looking. Comfort begins the second one relaxes into the soft firmness afforded by these pieces.

Staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond what I have experienced with other online retailers. Lilian, one of the customer service reps, even called me on her day off to help me resolve a quirky situation.

I absolutely recommend the furniture and the company. I do not think you will be disappointed by either.

The product is quality the service not so much!

I love this couch! It is sleek, comfortable, and having USB and power strip ports makes it so extra functional. I also ordered the mattress topper and I can say that I can get a very comfortable night's sleep on my coddle couch and topper.

We just got our Coddle today so I can't give a long term usage review but I will say that the White Glove delivery was perfect. Two guys brought it in and set it up. They showed us how to use it. They plugged it in so we could make sure the chargers worked and then they took away all the packaging material. It was delivered on the day we requested and within the window we were given. It feels like a high quality item and it is really comfortable. This is a couch/bed we are using in my office for occasional guests and so my wife can hang out with me while I work on the computer. So far we are exceedingly happy with the purchase.

Well made, sturdy, attractive durable fabric, easy to set up, comfortable. Very impressed.
