Amazing service, wouldn't go anywhere else …
Been using CloudRx for 6 months with no issues until royal mail was unable to deliver for 3 weeks in a row contacted Royal mail no response contacted CloudRx outstanding service kept me fully informed daily did there utmost toake sure it would get delivered even sent me copies of email between them and royal mail very impressed with there client concerns even suggested they would use another delivery company to make surey needs were met and also gave me credit for future purchase went above and beyond can't thank them enough amazing service

Excellent speedy service.
Had 2 prescriptions over the course of a week as the initial medication proved to be ineffective. Excellent service. Had online chats with a GP, and collected the prescription locally the first time. The second one was posted and arrived before noon the next day. Will definitely use again.

Cloud Rx dispense on behalf of a private prescriptions service. The package arrived in less than 24 hours after I had been e mailed.
Arrived packed nicely in a box with an ice pack thst was still frozen. Can't ask any better .

Can't get prescription unless stay in house all day and wait
As medication can't be picked up from a locker or a pick up point and cant be left with a neighbor or posted through the door it seems impossible to actually get the item unless I take a day off work and wait in the house for the 5 hr time slot. On contacting cloudx for 3rd time they said would try royal mail but still nothing . There needs to be a way a working person can get their prescriptions. Like picking up from a local pharmacy.

Very poor service
Very poor service they willingly take your money but don't deliver what they say I paid nearly £10. For next day delivery before 12.00 and it not arrived!

Wish I could go lower than a 1
Wish I could go lower than a 1 - dealing with dr franks as part of cloud RX. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Ordered a 3 pen pack, it’s taken 5 months to get all pens, including a period of 8 weeks over December and January with no pen at all. The final pen has just arrived and I was relieved the ordeal of dealing with them was over - and it’s the wrong dosage. Cannot get any response out of them? Don’t know if I will be able to get the correct pen. Unsurprisingly the website is advising that the phone number is currently out of service and email communication only!! I am reporting them to the relevant parliamentary and industry authorities!!

I never receive my prescription because…
I never receive my prescription because it's got damaged on the way and no one notifies me I had to phone up cloud RX to find out what happened and then they issued me with another prescription this is not a joke when you are dependent on medication and if my child misses a day it's a serious implications for his health so I felt very let down

Unfortunately, we are not notified by the courier when a parcel is damaged in transit until it is returned back to the pharmacy, which can result in delays outside of our control. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for the medication to be resent to you at no additional cost.
