We had a very satisfactory experience with Click Moves and their removal service when relocating to France recently. The removal team was very efficient and communicative which made the whole operation a successful and hassle-free one. Very happy with their service!

I used Clickmoves for my move from Glasgow to Visby, Sweden. I am very pleased with their service, Matt and his team are very friendly and helpful!

I needed help transporting 7 boxes, one guitar, several paintings, and a few other items and everything arrived safely on time and in perfect condition. The price was good as well!

Visby is a bit of a tricky location since it's located on the island Gotland in the baltic sea, but Matt managed to sort it out quickly and made my move easy and a lot less stressful. I am impressed by how fast the transport was especially during a pandemic!

I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend to a friend!

ClickMoves made my move from London to Texas incredibly easy, fast and organized. Excellent experience, extremely professional and great communication throughout the entire process.

I could not have done the move without Matt and the ClickMoves team. I can't say enough positive things about them. Matt was so accommodating and helped work around my schedule, even when it kept changing. They have been an absolute life saver and I literally would not have been able to ship my things internationally without their guidance.

This was my first time shipping cargo abroad from London to Texas and I was so overwhelmed by everything but Matt made it so easy and was so patient with me, even though I could not have been easy to work with in my chaotic mental state with the move (especially during the covid pandemic). They helped with all the customs forms and everything I could possibly have needed for a successful move.

The guys who came to help with moving the boxes out of the flat were incredibly friendly and made it completely stress free. I've had terrible experiences even moving locally with the movers having attitudes and complaining about boxes being too heavy or poorly packed and they were so kind and made me feel so good about it. My husband and I couldn't believe how easy it was, still to this day we are amazed.

I've already recommended them to friends and they are the only people I would trust to move again with in the future. If I could give them over 5 stars I would, and this is coming from someone who doesn't typically write reviews but I felt like I had to because of the tremendous experience I had with them.

I searched for many cargo companies in order to move my belongings from the UK to Dublin. Clickmoves emailed an offer and having read the reviews, I decided to use their service.
This is the first time I've needed to use a cargo for an international move. Matt was extremely professional, polite, and responded to queries in an efficient manner. I was extremely impressed with the service and would certainly consider using them again in future.

I had a really easy experience with these guys when moving my stuff over from Hong Kong to London. Everyone down to the packing team were quick and professional - would defo recommend these lot!

I wish I could give Matt (owner) and his team a good review but there were just too many times where they truly disappointed me with their unprofessional services. Poor communication, rude email exchanges and my items haven’t even been delivered yet and they picked them up from my first location in March. It’s November now. Of course with covid I can expect delays, but 9 months is absolutely ridiculous. On top of this, I have been blatantly ignored many times on email, and since my items arrived to my destination of Canada, Matt has decided to no longer help with guiding me on customs issues and on which day I can expect my items. He connected me with a random company that he apparently transferred my items to... When I called them they didn’t even know who he was, and they haven’t been helpful either. PS - this is NOT door to door service. They don’t deal with customs on the other end of the delivery and leave everything up to you to handle (which takes hours and a lot of googling). I thought I paid for a full service, and one that respects its customers and at least feels apologetic that it has almost taken a year to deliver. I initially chose Click Moves because they were the most affordable option - but I wish I went with a more reputable company because you really get what you pay for with these guys. This is the first negative review I’ve written online, I just wish someone warned me about this company a year ago. They truly do not value their customers.

I just had all my stuffs moved from London to Malta. Great service. I had fragile belongings which were treated with care and I received them in the same conditions as before shipping. Thank you for the service! Really recommended.

We just had all our belongings moved from London to Sweden. The move went very smoothly and Matt and his team were very helpful throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend ClickMoves if you are planning an international move.

I've been dealing with terrible international moving companies in the past and I can truly say the organization with Matt and Clickmoves have been the complete opposite. Fantastic communication, smooth pick-up and delivery between London and the Swedish countryside. The move was completed within just 48h. Incredible service, would definitely recommend!

We commissioned Matt/Click to move us from UK to Copenhagen. He was very friendly and efficient. The collection went without a hitch. However, on arrival, the removals people refused to rebuild/unpack anything, despite us having it in writing that they were supposed to.
I called and texted Matt on the day and although he saw my messages he refused to help/reply because it was a Saturday. We were left with two small children in a new country in an unpleasant situation with the movers and without built furniture. It turns out that although we had paid click for a rebuild service, this is not what he had subcontracted Good Moves to do which led to a difficult situation for us with no help from Click. If I moved again, I would go direct to the removals company rather than go through click. I have emailed since and although Matt apologised, I have heard nothing more. Disappointing service.

Clickmoves were fantastic, from start to finish.

First - I was recommended by a friend who moved from London to Malaga. A video call walkaround with Matt in late-April to agree the volume of all my belongings, and a quote later that day, along with a suggested storage venue, with which drivers were familiar, in Germany.

A request for an intermediate stop was a small amount extra on top of the quote, but all paperwork was swiftly concluded, no glitches with making payment online.

On moving day, two fellas and a massive truck arrived at 1pm (an hour early), and they loaded 6m3 in about an hour, segregating the boxes (and other belongings) into their 'intermediate' and 'long term' groups. They took care to wear masks the entire time (June 20), and were conscientious about where I was vaccuuming and mopping as they went. After signing for my belongings, they drove through the night...

...and met me at the apartment the following lunchtime - arriving before me! A few boxes of unloading and we convoyed across town to the storage unit where they unloaded everything else. I did go back and rearrange the boxes so that the unit made more sense (all boxes around the outsides, so you could see numbers etc), but I didn't hear anything break while moving things around. I also felt that they looked after the wooden bed frame with care, no additional scratches as far as I can tell. Final signatories and they were off to their final destination (Poland) with a semi-filled truck (someone else's stuff).

Matt checked in that all was in order, and transaction was complete! All in all, a fantastic moving experience, and one I've since recommended (and know they've taken up) to other Brefugees!

I just had all personal belongings moved from London to Sweden. I greatly misinterpreted the actual weight which differed immensely with original quote. Even so, Matt were very accommodating. Price obviously increased, but to a very fair level.
Goods were picked up on a Tuesday and Delivered by 9am the following Friday as promised.
Would definitely recommend and would use Click Moves again.

I moved from the UK to Germany and it all went very smoothly. The communication with Matt was easy and straightforward, the movers were fast and very friendly. The only downside was that they arrived later than planned for the pickup, and had I known that I would have possibly booked another, cheaper, flight for myself.

However, since I left an admittedly small time window, and considering the very reasonable charges by comparison with other companies, I am more than happy to give Matt and his colleagues five stars.

Matt and his team were lovely and patient with my move from London, UK to Malta.

It was a process of a month until I decided what to do and they sent me the cheapest quotes and explained all the details and the journey of my consignment.

I checked everywhere with many companies and during these really strange times, Matt kept his prices reasonable and also provided a packing service for me.

Matt was able to give us the lowest quote of any company we queried while also providing impeccable service. He was kind, helpful, and responsive through the entire process, from getting a quote, to organizing packers, and keeping in touch as we waited for our shipment to arrive. Our things arrived in perfect condition, with no delays at either port. We were especially impressed that everything went so smoothly during a global pandemic, especially since the state we left was under a shelter in place order.
