Fantastic service, had a horrible experience with my previous move and this one was easy and didn't break the bank - would definitely recommend

I recently used Clickmoves for my relocation from Wolverhampton to Nice, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As someone who was dreading the stress of an international move, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.

From the very first contact, their customer service team was helpful, informative, and extremely professional. They walked me through every step of the process, from the initial quote to delivery, ensuring I was fully aware of what to expect. They even offered me tips on how to pack efficiently, which was a real bonus! The movers themselves were punctual, friendly, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. I had a mix of fragile items, and I was so impressed by how well they packed and secured everything for the long journey to France. Nothing was damaged, and everything arrived exactly on time, which was a huge relief.

One of the best parts of the experience was how seamless the entire process was. Clickmoves took care of all the logistics, including customs paperwork, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It made the whole move feel effortless, and I could focus on settling into my new home in Nice.

Very much deceptive.The offer to lure customers in is quite promising ,a lower price yes but once the shipment reaches the destination ,we're left hanging in mid air with extortionate hidden payments to make and documentation to sort out with constant reminders that if we'd like our stuff we better rush it.Very stressful.Not only is the company in England fraudulent but so are their business partners elsewhere.So pay more money if you have to ,but atleast it'll save you the time and stress.

Was very pleased with the fast and efficient service from Matt…He explained everything day by day and my shipment of 10 boxes arrived from Canada to UK on a flight within few days!! I had one picture/print that the glass broke on (I packed it all myself so that was probably not protected enough by me to be honest)…but all in all everything was perfect …highly recommend!! Matt at Clickmoves was amazing. He was extremely patient with me as I had not done this before. The whole process was made easy with very clear instructions from Matt. Prices are very fair and reasonable. The carpet runner I had shipped from UK to Australia took 6 days.

Excellent and quick service - 2 large holdalls of excess baggage from Australia to Scotland. Picked up Tuesday, arrived Friday (door-to-door). Matt in London, very helpful as a coordinator, providing clear instructions and outlining process (great for us first-timers).

My move from Cairns Australia back to the UK has been from start to finish absolutely easy thanks to Matt and the team at Clickmoves. Quoting and pricing was a breeze and very competitive. The company lost one of our family's boxes which has our valuable family items in it. The worst part was the response, or lack of it. We've reached the point where we have have to accept that we made a mistake using Click Moves (an expensive mistake).

Tired to pay storage fees wherever you are in the world? I have just moved my storage from London to Lisbon. It took a week, was impeccably packed, and delivered by a lovely and caring team. Call Matt for an estimate. It'll be a one-to-one conversation that feels so simple in an AI world.

Matt burden helped us all the way from moving from the uk to France taking our whole household through customs . He sorted out our customs paper work and was very patient when we’re struggling with pdfs etc . I would not hesitate to use Matt again .

I shipped a large item from rural France to Vancouver. It took some time, of course, but the people at Clickmoves made it very easy to do and it went very smoothly.

I wanted to move my belongings to Sweden from the UK. As usual, it was a long process but ClickMoves patiently waited for me to confirm when the move would go ahead and provided clear advice on how to estimate my shipping requirements and a competitivequote for additional insurance. On the day of pickup everything was clearly communicated and went very smoothly. I could not immediately take receipt of my shipment so ClickMoves arranged storage, again at a very competitive rate.
The delivery also went smoothly, with the same good communication and efficient drop off of my boxes, with everything arriving as I had packed it.
Definitely deserving of 5 stars.
