Fantastic service from Jiya. I bought school shoes, shook pe trainers, normal trainers and a pair of plimsoles and she was so patient with my two boys.

Raksha in Loughton store was really helpful with my 2 girls (one of who was not in the mood to try shoes on!).

I visited Clarks in Loughton today to get new school shoes for my two children. We were very well looked after, as always, by the lovely Jackie, who has been providing a wonderful service, since my daughter who is now 7, was a baby, she even remembers the children by name. We were in the shop for a long time today and Jackie took a great deal of time to find the perfect shoes for my son and daughter, showing great patience with the children when they got over excited and with me and my indecision! Another great visit, thank you Clarks Loughton and thank you Jackie, look forward to seeing you next time!

Nav from the Loughton branch is an absolute superstar, always so polite and attentive. She helped measure my daughter's feet and recommended some lovely shoes for nursery. She is a great asset to Clarks, thank you so much!

I visited your Loughton store today 26th June. I was blown away by the customer service I received by a lovely lady called Raksha.

She said hello to me after I had entered the store, I then asked her advice she was very approachable, knowledgeable about your shoes and sizes. She had a lovely smile and had a friendly way about her, she was totally in engaged with me and made me feel so comfortable and valued. I felt she WENT BEYOND with me.

I feel she definitely deserves a BIG THANK YOU. She is an asset to your very clean and air-conditioned store.

Firstly, I am a huge fan of Clarks. However, I want to say that the service at the Loughton branch is poor. I respect employing older women, and I don't mind waiting longer or that they are not very skilled and unfamiliar with electronic workflows. The main issue is that their attitude is very unfriendly. If they don't know something, they can ask their colleagues; there is no need to respond rudely to customers. I believe this seriously damages the brand's image.

Our 2yr old daughter needed new shoes. Nav was amazing and very patient, helping us find the perfect fit - and our daughter had lots of fun in the process!

Hi, I went to Loughton store to return something, bought from another store. Met Nav there, she was nice and great in customer service. The retail industry needs people like her. She is doing a great job.. Well done Nav 👍🏼

We had a brilliant experience choosing shoes for our toddler (3y). He was shy but it was met with pleasant conversation and shyness went away and shoes were tried and fitted. Will come back for more when needed.

I visited the Loughton branch this afternoon with my toddler. Helen welcomed us to the store with a smile, both members of staff were with other customers. As soon as they became available, we were served. Amrit was incredibly friendly towards my daughter who is very shy. She interacted with her and played until my daughter felt comfortable to have her feet measured. Amrit was very attentive and didn’t rush us, even when my daughter got a little upset. Thank you so much for your expertise, kindness and patience - we will definitely be back for my daughter’s next pair of shoes!

Amrit was absolutely amazing today. She spent a lot of time measuring my son's feet to make sure he will get the right shoe size. I couldn't thank her enough for the huge favour she did! (She knows 😉).

Amrit in Clarks Loughton is excellent at her job, super efficient and has brilliant personal skills. She is great with the children, super speedy at ordering online and taking payment. We look out for her everytime we go in there to make shoe shopping a breeze! Thanks Amrit!
