Helpful and warm and professional.

I booked an appointment online. On arrival to the store we were greeted by a member of staff managing customers by appointment or walk-in as the store was busy. We were seen on time and our assistant ‘Jackie’ was friendly, efficient in measuring & selection of shoes. Sadly our first choice shoe was not available but we were offered alternative styles and luckily one in stock.

Ryan at Loughton was very helpful and made the school shoe shopping experience a breeze. He had patience and a kind manner with the kids.

Went today to get my 3 kids their school shoes. Was all prepared for snarky comments about how late I’d left it as in previous years at other places but they just got on with it. Ryan, who assisted us, was great. It was completely painless despite my children’s overall resistance to the process. Ryan was so patient and helpful. Very satisfied.

Really helpful assistant Sasha was brilliant and made the ‘back to school’ shoe shop completely painless! Both kids were seen quickly and fitted, both finding shoes that they liked and felt comfortable. Happy to also have the 3 month guarantee that we can exchange the shoes if they become too tight.

Went to buy school shoes today in Loughton store. Was not waiting long approximately 5 minutes. Staff very apologetic. Friendly greeting on arrival. Despite being busy staff professional polite and friendly. Attended to by Sasha who is very knowledgeable on shoe fitting. Good selection of shoes in required size. Really good interaction with my 5 year old daughter and Sasha involved her in the decision of which pair to choose. I personally won't go to any other Clark's store except for this one after a bad experience elsewhere which they resolved for me previously. Outstanding service in this store. Highly recommend.

Ryan was very kind and super helpful with measuring and finding shoes for my two boys at Clarks in Loughton - we were in and out pretty quickly and everybody left happy.

We didn't have to wait as we'd booked an appointment for 11.30am. Jiya was very helpful and professional. We were brought socks for my son. Jiya measured my daughter's feet and found her 3 options of school shoes. When they were too small she found 3 larger options. Then she successfully found my son school shoes and trainers. She was polite, helpful and knowledgeable and when someone pinched her measuring seat she apologised and retrieved us a new one! Overall we had a positive experience in a busy shop. We were treated very well and left with what we wanted!

Raksna at Loughton Clarks has given us the best customer service today. Both my girls 12/17 years old went away happy with their purchases.
