My friend needed to buy some shoes to be adapted for her after an operation. Patti F was so helpful and friendly and so patient helping my friend. We couldn’t have had a better assistant.

Amazing customer service fitting school shoes.

I visited Loughton High Road Clarks today and my children had their shoes fitted by Nav. The best experience we have ever had. I have 5 children aged 4-16 so we have had a lot of experience of this! Nav was so personable, knowledgeable and kind. She took time to make sure we got the best pair for their feet and it was well worth the trip.

The store manager showed outstanding customer service by helping my child to measure his foot and find the most comfortable school shoes and plimsolls. We couldn't find the right size of the plimsolls in the shop so he made an online order and today ( the next day)it was delivered for free.
The manners, communication and service are the best. I wish all the shops could be like this.

I went into the Clark’s branch on Loughton High Road today, and we were helped by the absolutely lovely Sasha.
I went to Clark’s to get my two children’s feet measured with hope of finding their new school shoes. Sasha was absolutely fantastic through every interaction. She was quick to understand my needs, and built fantastic rapport with both my kids. She was very fast at grasping their sizes, needs and styles - all the while displaying exemplary customer service skills. Sasha also had a great working relationship with all her colleagues which just made it even more of a welcoming environment to be in. Clark’s head office: Sasha has every element needed in being the absolute best customer service provider and ought to be promoted to senior sales role or customer service officer specialising in kids shoes - you just need to observe her amazing skills at work! Thank you for a wonderful experience today Sasha, we will see you again for the next set of school shoes!

Bought kids school shoes from Clarks Loughton. Staff that served us in store very nice and friendly. Walked 1/2 hour walk home in them to find they all ready had significant wear and damage to the sole at the back of both shoes. After only half and hour of walking. They're not going to last the term at that rate. We phoned the shop and we're dismissed blamed for the damage. We were half heartedly told to email with photos which we did but have not had any response. Very disappointed in this service and the quality which is awful from a trusted institution. Won't shop here again.

Excellent Service for Back-to-School Shoes

I had a great experience at Clarks thanks to the wonderful assistant Patti and the Loughton branch who helped fit school shoes for both of my boys. She was patient, friendly, and really knowledgeable—making sure each pair fit perfectly and suited the boys’ needs. She made what could have been a stressful shopping trip quick, easy, and even enjoyable! I really appreciated the attention to detail and genuine care. Highly recommend!

It was a win situation because of Nav being so helpful. I bought a pair of sandals that were not available in the shop and Nav got a sale.
