Helen from the Loughton branch was so helpful with a little boys first shoes . He was reluctant to let her measure his feet , but she was calm and reassuring and got the job done . Thanks to her help he can now run around outside.

Jackie gave us personalised customer care, tried really hard to understand what type of shoe was needed and patience and advice led to us getting the right shoe.

Excellent product & a generous Bluelight discount. Quality trainers that are very comfortable & have a stylish design.

Cannot thank Patti in the Loughton store enough. We were searching for school shoes for my 7 year old with high instep and fussy standards! She was extremely patient, helpful and pleasant towards both me and my son. We successfully found a pair of school shoes!!

Fantastic experience with my 2 boys, Sasha (Loughton) has been so kind and patient with them, and she did everything to make it fun for them which really helped. She also gave me great advice and we all left happy with 3 new pairs of shoes ;)

Popped into Clarks in Loughton, Essex on the off chance of finding 2 pairs of late back to school shoes. The staff although extremely busy were efficient and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them, ensuring we were aware of wait times and that we had somewhere to sit. We had the pleasure of being served by Kelly W who was nothing short of amazing and so patient with both my girls. Not only did Kelly persevere with finding my youngest a pair of shoes she adored but my eldest wanted a very specific pair that she had seen on-line. Kelly remembered that there was just 1 pair left at the back of the stock room and determinedly found them. Not only were they were the correct size but Kelly and the rest of the staff were so happy to have them for her that it made the whole experience almost magical! I cant recommend the store and the shoes enough, both pairs which are still both going strong and still look lovely, and of course the wonderful Kelly who made 2 girls' shoe dreams come true. Thank you x

Staff members very helpful and nice. Deborah was able to help me with my problem; the process was smooth and problem got sorted straightaway.
When made the purchase the shop assistant was great too.

Went to Loughton Clark’s and Nav was so helpful and patient with my toddler having a huge tantrum in the middle of the shop! She managed to distract her and calm her down and we walked out with a great pair of shoes. Thank you Nav for great customer service and toddler managing!!!

Visited Clark’s in Loughton on Friday 30 Aug. Was served by Patti who was excellent. Ordered a pair of shoes which I then needed to cancel straight away as the order hadn’t registered my home address correctly. Sasha who was the interim manager for the day went above and beyond in helping with the subsequent cancellation issue that arose. She made sure the issue sat firmly with Clark’s and not with me. Excellent customer service and great management - thank you Sasha

Great shoes as always, and the staff in the Loughton shop are so helpful, both on the phone and in store.

Nav at the Loughton branch has fitted both of my son’s shoes. They have slim feet and ankles, so it isn’t always easy but Nav always manages to find them the perfect shoes. She is so patient and kind, and always goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Big queue as expected day before school but was given a number immediately and was checked in on within minutes. Sasha was great, measured my daughter’s feet and made sure both shoes fit properly trying out various sizes. Will return every school year.
