Very simple and everything was explained well.

The representative (young man) at Sydenham was very thorough and friendly and took the time to walk me through the whole process (to include thrid party involvement) for when the time came .

The whole experience was excellent and professional but also very caring and the member of staff could not have been more helpful and explained everything I great detail I felt very comfortable throughout I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of a plan
