Friendly and professional staff who made the process easy

We got my plan through one of our local funeral directors. It was very easy to do and was explained quite well.

I just popped in to enquire about a funeral plan. The staff had time to talk to me and gave me a very informative brochure to read at home. I then made an appointment and there was no fuss to complete the paperwork. The staff were brilliant, especially the manager who helped with the form. Plus it was cheaper than other funeral directors

It took more than a week for you to acknowledge receit of my payment and I had to continually chase the funeral director to get confirmation that the plan was going to be put in place.

They were very knowledgeable and really helpful and it was all sorted out for us . Really nice

We were made to feel at ease and as this was a plan for my brother who has special needs and isn't able to sort his plan out himself we were helped with what would be best for him so a big thankyou to Chris whites and to the staff that were very helpful

I found the service patient and understanding and I can contact them at any time to make changes or just ask questions.

Easy and simple process to ensure peace of mind

I have used the same funeral directors for my parent's funeral's it is only fitting that I use them today for my funeral arrangements. They have been excellent in providing service and comfort at the time of bereavement. Taking a policy out with Choice early gives me comfort that everything is in place without having to worry about costs.
