Wrong Details
CFP managed to change my name from Gerald to Graham in emails and denied doing so.Then moved an agreed DD payment date from 14th to 7th without consultation 😕.All sorted, hopefully by the funeral directors now.

I would use them again
Pretty good on the whole. Didn't always come back as quickly as I wanted but they told me about the funeral plan option which saved money.
Also gave good advice on flowers and urns etc.
