Unfortunately you sent me a brochure of possible grave stones/ headstones without any price Mentioned, then you actually contacted me requesting what my choice was going to be! Excuse me and others! Are you really trying to destroy your business, with having to request a choice without the purchasing individual actually knowing what the cost would be.
I really find that bad Business practice.
It appears That I will be looking for a business that actually informations the bereaved the actual cost.

We were recommended by a close family…
We were recommended by a close family member who have previously used your services as they were excellent and listened to their wishes. Although it is not a nice time they made the whole experience a celebration which was fitting. Everything has been carefully explained to us and we are very happy with the advice given. We would highly recommend this service.

the funeral of my wife Sylvia took…
the funeral of my wife Sylvia took place at the end of March. Kavanagh & Coates Funeral Services made all the arrangments using the choice plus plan. I was very relieved how well the service went and very happy with the way I was looked after by the staff that I have now arranged my funeral using the same choice plus plan.

Were not pushy or in a hurry to get custom.
Made to feel welcome and comfortable when on premises and very helpful and informative.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a funeral providing.

The staff member who came to see me, Alison. Such a lovely person.
We had such a good laugh, as I refuse when taking out a funeral plan that it should be a sombre undertaking.
They are a wonderful funeral service and offers they have are really good and not expensive.
