I have plantar faciitis and my heal are very sore that is why I bought Alegria Alli Shoe, Jet Luster from you and I thought It will help due to said that Cushoined Anatomic Footbed Moulds to your feet. But that cushioned it just in front not covered the heal... I want to send it back but I used it already... I am very disappointed...

As long as you have only worn the shoes inside to determine whether they are suitable then there is no problem in sending them back for a refund. The website is easy to browse, select a product and purchase. The choice of good quality shoes is excellent. The alegria shoes I purchased were exactly as described and in perfect condition on arrival. A pleasure to wear and they support my correct walking style and posture.

Cheerful Soles are just brilliant!
I find ordering with Cheerful soles to be professional and I love the shoes. Even if the footwear is not quite right the returns process is seamless, although I hate having to return good shoes. I order Alegria shoes as I need orthopaedic shoes for arthritic feet and Cheerful Soles enable me to find funky looking shoes tosuit my personality and youthful age. Well done Cheerful Soles.

I have had these shoes before,I had an op on brokenankle ans had loads of metal inserted, getting shoes on I found difficult, shoes fine but then I needed an orthotic inserted at hospital. 2 hours with this inserted foot really hurt. I hope things will improve. I hVe 2 8inch l. Shaped plates 14 horizontal screws2 long ones up through heel to tibia so I know it won’t be easy I was in hospital for one year. Will be looking for other Mary Jane style.

Ordered a pair of boots over the new year period.
