Excellent. Service was spot on, shoes very, very comfortable and super quality. However, if ordering, I suggest requesting your shoes be delivered by Royal Mail rather than Hermes. The delivery experience, frankly, was awful... BUT Cheerful Soles I highly recommend. l

Joya shoes
The Joya shoes I ordered are superb, possibly the best and most comfortable I've ever owned.
Also the Cheerful Soles ordering system is very good.

Excellent. Very helpful on phone. Exchange new shoes sent as promised. That they didn’t arrive on time was not their fault!! I will wait until I actually receive my promised refund for the first pair of shoes before I am fully satisfied!!

Four pairs, all different, perfect fit.
Quick delivery. Excellent shoes, very comfortable. I ordered 4 different styles and was amazed to find that all fit, and all have anatomical footbeds. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Alegria shoes always fab and comfortable. I wear nothing else and get stopped in the street cos people love them and want to know where I buy them. Cheerful Soles is the place to go I always tell them.
