This is my third pair of Joya shoes and second pair from Cheerful Soles. The fit, comfort and appearance are great. I phoned the company following a slight delay after ordering and they knew my name and explained there had been a slip-up at the warehouse. They offered free next-day Royal Mail delivery and they arrived 24 hours after my call, excellent customer service.

Thank you very much Cheerful soles my wife is overwhelmed with her first purchase from you. She has purchased JOYA sandals from you and they are fantastic. My wife suffers with arthritis aswell as plantar faciliatus so earlier in the year bought JOYA SHOES from Shuropody which were really brilliant . The shoes certainly helped her immensely so to get sandals she was over the moon. Ordered on the 26th December and received today 3rd January brilliant. Thank you once again Cheerful soles.

The combination of a website and really friendly and efficient folk at the end of a telephone line is a dream. One slight niggle - your returns policy makes it more expensive to order the same shoes in different sizes at the same time.

Comfortable Shoes
A doctor friend recommended these shoes when I complain of pain from regular shoes. I got my first pair last year and they were amazingly comfortable, I had to get two more. Though they are a little bit on the high side in cost, they are worth it.

Easy to order and arrived sooner than expected. Took a couple of days to learn to walk properly again but now they are so comfortable. My big toe no longer hurts when walking and neither does my back. Great shoes. Would recommend both supplier and shoes
