It's very unusual for My Hermes to return to sender without a delivery attempt (though that's no consolation to you you). Having been diagnosed with a long term…
Having been diagnosed with a long term foot condition and being advised to wear Joya or MBT shoes, I was delighted to find the Cheerful Soles website, which was easy to use and the service was very prompt. I am now able to walk much more comfortably. I would recommend them and use them again.

The shoes I ordered were not suitable. However the staff at Cheerful Soles were, as always, totally professional. Refund arrived very quickly.

A really Cheerful Sole now
Excellent product. For the first time in two years, i am able to walk effortlessly, without any pain. I wear these shoes full time now, they have even taken over from my slippers. Composing this sitting up in bed, i have just done a double take on my feet to ensure the shoes are off ! They are so comfortable that I don't always remember that I have got shoes on.

Had bought a pair of Joya at a local…
Had bought a pair of Joya at a local shoe shop just to see if they were all they claimed to be. Bit of a problem finding a retailer with any stock but was delighted with my purchase so used Cheerful Soles to buy a second pair in a different colour. It is a new experience using Joyas as the walking sensation is far different from traditional shoes but it suits me and my wife says my posture and walking gait are much improved. Ordering and delivery were problem free. Recommended.

Great shoes and excellent service
I was recommended Alegria shoes and the Cheerful Soles website from my podiatrist. I’m absolutely delighted with my shoes and the excellent service I received. My only regret is that they are not more styles available in size 35.

Joya Shoes - watch if return!
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes,took 7 days to come which was a bit disappointing. Decided to keep one pair which i hope wil be good,look a good quality but for the price hope so as not cheap! Decided to return one pair but was disappointed had to pay for postage to return, the advert was misleading, i thought free until i read the return note they include! It does say however not if you replace/buy another pair of shoes but seems bit unfair i think,however, received e mail to say amount been credited to my account.

We offer free UK exchanges to help make it easier for customers to try different sizes and to get the best fit. These shoes are absolutely life changing! I am only in my early 40’s with a young daughter, so still having to run around! I have had 1 major spine operation, a foot operation and now a big knee surgery. I’ve been in so much pain walking and suddenly found these online. It’s a lot of money for a pair of shoes that don’t have 6inches and red soles! This week my health has improved immeasurable by walking on ‘air’. These shoes are a knee replacement in a box! I now need to get saving for the entire range! You will never wear another brand after your first pair of Joya!
