Wonderful service, got the shoes I wanted, well packaged. No complaints or issues would definitely deal with this company again.

We wanted to order two pairs of shoes but one pair was out of stock when I rang to ask to be advised when they would be available I was told that when shoes go out of stock they are not replaced which seems ridiculous to me

Very happy with the good variety and quality footwear, and the great service, have ordered many pairs in the past few years, from Cheerful Soles, my feet are grateful for them. The recent one I ordered was the Joya pump. very comfy.

I was looking for some sandals that had removable insoles to accommodate my orthotics, and found Cheerful Soles offering some well priced Waldlaufer walking sandals that fitted the bill perfectly. The videos on their site are helpful when choosing a style. I don't normally buy shoes online, so this was very useful. However I was finding it difficult to find a suitable sandal in my local shoe shop so decided to give this a try. Delivery was quick - within the 7 days shown on their website. The sandals are good quality and I am very happy with my purchase as there is a lot of adjustment which makes them easy to fit. This style holds the orthotic well around the heel area once the insole has been cut to fit it in and I have found the sandals very comfortable to wear. Normally I wear Ecco sandals, but these are just as good and less expensive. Thank you Cheerful Soles for a great service!

Shoes arrived within 7 working days as stated. The Joya shoes are great quality even the shoe trees that were in them are strong plastic better than cardboard and will keep the shoes in good shape.

Honest description of the goods and speedy despatch - what more can you ask for?

I wrote a poor review on their website & was told that my review had been accepted for modification. I contacted them through their website & said that I did not want my review to be modified as it would no longer reflect my views....they ignored that completely. They also ignored the review and it has not appeared on their website, modified or otherwise. The shoes were very poor. They are suppose to be waterproof but within 4 weeks both shoes are letting in water. The insole of the left shoe has wrinkled badly & formed a ridge under my toes. The shoes are not fit for purpose & highly overpriced. recommend you stay away from this company

Quick delivery. I was very hesitant about buying shoes online but they are beautiful, have had admiring comments from strangers. I got them to help with pain of planter fasiitus and they ate supportive and comfortable while looking great. Clear online advice about sizing helped too.
