Excellent customer service
Rang up to order 2 pairs of Algeria shoes and received first class service. Delivered earlier than stated and packaging was excellent. It's hard to find a UK company that sell Algeria shoes so I'm thankful to Cheerful Soles. Would definitely recommend this company. Ended up by giving the sandals to my…
Ended up by giving the sandals to my daughter who is very happy with them. I would like to have ordered another pair for myself to try again. I was not sure what the expiry time was on returns which is why I rushed into persuading y daughter to have them. I wasn’t totally convinced as the style of the sandal was pushing my bunion foot over to the edge of the opposite side so rubbing against the edge of the material.
When I went on line to put in an order for another pair I found out that my size was no longer available.

Oh no. Great for your daughter but not for you. We always offer a free exchange service to our customers where we have an alternative size available, you should have given us a call and we would have helped to to choose an alternative size or style and sent you a free postage lable.
In terms of returns, we are happy to offer a full 30 day return period from the date you placed your order. We simply ask that you pay to return the shoes to us. So you should have been well within this time scale from the date you posted this review. All shoes must be returned in the same condition as if you had tried them on in a shop.

Highly recommended
It is so good to be able to ring up up an online retailer, speak to someone knowledgeable immediately, discuss exactly what you want, receive the product (shoes, in this case) within a couple of days, ring up again because they didn't fit, again have an informed discussion with someone else knowledgeable, get a returns label immediately, then get the replacement shoes within another couple of days, this time fitting pretty well. Would that all online retailers paid the same attention to customer care.
