Terrible service I paid for delievery at home I had to go twice to the post office they didnt even give me the two items shipping tracking number.

Hello Daniel. We have been in touch with you about the issues you had with the delivery of your shoes. We of course apologised for only giving you one of the tracking numbers by mistake. However both the orders you placed were posted to the address in Israel that you supplied us with and both delivery attempts were made within our stated delivery time scales. I appreciate that it's frustrating when the postal service leave cards stating that you have to collect items, however I do feel that this was beyond our control. Cheerful Soles were a brilliant find! I had been looking for some Algeria Paloma shoes for my Care Work and found some on a site called 'Uniform Advantage' who conned me, extortionate shipping fees and sent me child's clogs! Cheerful Soles came to my rescue with my perfect choice of Algeria Paloma shoes, no shipping fees and hardly no wait they were so quick and efficient. The shoes are gorgeous looking, many good comments and do a great job of looking after my poor feet o punishing shifts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHEERFUL SOLES!!!

Shoes for people who have feet neuritis
I have different size feet. The left is size 10 the right size 91/2 .So initially I bought size 10 and put insoles in the right.Shoes did not feel right so changed to size 91/2 and now they fit well .The delivery service was good.The pins and needles in both feet are now bearable.

Alegria Paloma Shoes
The shoes were unfortunately not suitable for me and I had to return them for a refund which was dealt with efficiently.

Good website. Shoes arrived in good time. Had to exchange the shoes for another size. Hassle free return and replacement sent through.
Spoke to the lady in the shop who was very helpful.
I would definately use Cheerful Soles again.

Excellent service
Excellent service, shoes quickly arrived and were very good quality. I ordered 2 pairs the same one for me and one for my daughter, we are both delighted with our sandals. We both need orthotic insoles and it is virtually impossible to find sandals with removable insoles - but Cheerful Soles came to the rescue. Your company was a great find.
