Fab*** R. is fantastic, superb assistance when I was at my wits end. He identified I'd ordered the wrong version of software for my mac, arranged a refund and assisted me not only in getting the correct version but then walked me all the way through installation and did a google meeting so I could share my screen with him. If I ever need more software I'll be calling Cheaptraining direct. I'd also like to mention he coped very well with me crying down the phone to him (I did apologise profusely) and I wish him good fortune in the coming days for his calm and professional demeanour of dealing with an emotional middle aged woman! Thank you, your assistance was very much appreciated.

Bought microsoft office from them, all worked fine to begin with, but after a month it stopped working saying as it said the activation key has been used. I think basically they have resold the licence or is not a genuine product. Very disappointed, do not use.

This company's support service is amazing especially Fabian. I am in NZ and recently purchased software through a NZ company from them. I am having problems and the service I have received from them is absolutely brilliant.

This company is amazing and the support you get from them, especially Fabian, is incredible. I had been worrying about why I was getting error messages on Words and within a few minutes Fabian had it sorted and explained to me what was going on with Words. Purchased Microsoft office from Cheap Training. Had some problems installing it. Kelly at their customer support was an absolute star with her assistance.

I bought Microsoft Office 2021 last year from Cheap Training. It was a good deal and very easy to install with no issues. One year on I couldn't save any word/excel or other MS documents as I was required to 'activate' the product for some reason. I clicked the activate button but it gave me an error that it could not load the 'Microsoft Helper'.
I called and spoke to Fabian who was so helpful and diligent and he found the complex solution really quickly. It did require me going into 'terminal' on my mac and typing in some lengthy command lines which I was happy to do. It was an obscure fix for him to have found but it worked straight away!
I had expected a very long drawn out issue that didn't really get to the bottom of it, but because of his interest and expertise the problem was solved.

I think this was caused as a result of upgrading my Mac OS to Sequoia 15.

If only all companies could offer such excellent support services I wouldn't always dread calling them!

After a rocky start, which was when I tried to redeem a voucher that was purchased 10 minutes before. I got a message that the voucher had already been redeemed, I contacted Cheaptraining support and the matter was resolved within an hour. I am very happy with my purchase. The reason for four stars not five, was the issue in the first place.

Had initial difficulty with installing software, e-mailed their help line who got back to me and helped me through installation and activation. Excellent. Nice to confer with a company that understands we’re not all computer whizz kids.

I purchased some software via Wowcher from this supplier and was a little apprehensive having unfortunately purchased a scam through a different vendor previously. However, the supplied instructions were brilliantly detailed and everything went according to what was explained. My friends now have their computer fully functioning again and I am very pleased with this offering from Cheap Training.

Prompt, pleasant, efficient, and friendly service. Fabian has excellent product knowledge, and his application to resolve what I thought was a complex issue very simple indeed. At one point he promised come back, because the updating and downloading the software took more time than usual. He kept his promise and patiently explained things as he got the job completed. I was profoundly pleased with his service.
