This was such an enthusiastic course, captivating. Full of energy, great attendees and Nikki who ran the course was inspiring and just wonderful. In case you cant tell, I LOVED this course. I feel confident and primed for action which I didn't feel after my last first aid course with a different company. Highly recommend to anyone!

I recently completed a first aid course with Purple Dog, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The training was thorough, engaging, and incredibly well-structured from start to finish. The instructors did a brilliant job of breaking down the practical elements and delivering the life-saving information in a way that was clear, concise, and easy to remember. They created a really welcoming and supportive environment, which made the practical assessments feel comfortable and stress-free.

I’ve come away from the course feeling completely confident in my ability to handle emergency situations. If you are looking for professional, high-quality first aid training, Purple Dog is definitely the place to go.

I started this course not knowing how I would deal with it but the moment I walked through that door you welcomed me and I just instantly felt comfortable in talking to you I was in such a bad depression place and was struggling with my emotions and my children's behaviour I was suffering ptsd from my past trauma I cried my eyes out and had so many emotional conversations with you to start with i had problems fears etc I was in a lane I didn't want to be in but since coming on your course I have learnt to over come these and have learnt to stay in my lane communicate alot better now I over came a big addiction with all ur support you have gave me a positive motivation in life and have been a superb therapy worker your not just a tutor you are an amazing friend too this wernt just a course about behaviour you have helped us with so many other things as and when needed I dont want you to ever leave not only have I learnt along the way I have made friends found my self and met the most honest amazing person. You !!!

I cannot recommend Purple Dog highly enough. Steve and Helen Moss are two of the most wonderful, kind, caring, and genuine people you could ever meet. They are always willing to help others and truly go above and beyond for everyone they work with. They are honest, supportive, and tell things exactly as they are — no messing people around, just genuine care and professionalism.
Purple Dog delivers outstanding courses with compassion, understanding, and respect for people’s individual needs. I have completed numerous courses with them, and every experience has been positive and supportive.
Helen delivered the courses in such a calm and understanding way that I felt completely comfortable attending, despite suffering from severe depression and anxiety. She made sure everyone felt included and adapted her teaching methods to suit different disabilities and learning needs so that everyone could participate confidently.
I also completed a First Aid course with Anne last year sometime, and again the experience was exceptional. The course was delivered in such a supportive and understanding manner that I was able to attend and fully take part despite my mental health struggles.
The professionalism, kindness, patience, and inclusivity shown by everyone at Purple Dog is outstanding. They genuinely care about people and the difference they make in others’ lives is incredible. Companies like this deserve recognition for the amazing work they do every single day

Completed my first aid at work today with Nikki as our trainer she was excellent, knowledgeable and funny I found the course very informative and good to learn the changes that have taken place since I last did my first aid. Having a small class made it more personal and the day flowed well

I attended the first aid canine course today and was great. Lot of very useful information and a practise. Now I feel confortable to do CPR if needs. I highly recommended for people who want to work with dogs. The tutor was amazing explained everything very clear and showing how to look after injured dog.

Janet was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. A lovely welcome and facilities were great!!!
I learned so much in just one day!

The course was great, Ann did a great job, great sense of humour, but she didn't let us get away with anything that took the seriousness away from the course. Having it at the zone was great too
