I ordered and paid for an original physical certificate on 22 June 2026. Course Line promised to provide a delivery receipt so I could track the shipment.

Later, they claimed the certificate had been sent to China, but said international deliveries could not be tracked. They provided no tracking number, receipt, or other proof of shipment.

Instead, they suggested that I simply print the digital copy myself. When I reminded them that they had promised tracking information, they stopped responding.

At this point, I can only conclude that I was misled and that this appears to be a scam.

If you do a course with them please do not pay for a certificate of completion usually £39.99

You will never get it as they will complain of not having a printer to print your paid PDF copies.

After collecting your money your emails witll stop getting responses.

They are a scam as even the mobile number on their website 07846845968 is never working.

Don't throw away your hard earned money with this jockers as they are unreliable.

I doubt if they ever went to school themselves as everything about them falls short of a nursery school quality.

My personal experience please someone should prove me wrong with proofs.

I gain confidence in challenges, as well as experience in the management team.

The videos dont have subtitles and the tutor speaks so fast that you cannot understand what he is saying . I requested a refund over a week ago and they have been dragging their heels and saying they will refund but deliberately not telling me what to do . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!

With a previous distinction in a slightly different remit and genre. It gave me the help to readjust my career path as my development in adult student changed. My needs wanted that adaption. I've just completed a very good hospitality CPD refresh and these are great mindfulness in what I have achieved. So great to touch in a couple of years on from my Arts Management full Diploma and look at necessary. Great for customer services. Thanks very very much appreciated Courseline , I flagged a question with one of my agencies and they were able to respond within the hour. What's great is the feel good of the achievement and learning stays and the fact that support is available for questions. Always efficient, courses are always tangible and the customer service from the learning support area is spot on. Thanks very much. I'll be back for some other essentials soon. As a former L&D officer myself it's always great to have that connection and openness in development. The pace of these courses are highly recommended and the knowledge and refocus is absolutely great.
