The experience was what I remember service being. The salon is super clean, staff are amazingly happy and friendly and best of all Anna-Maria is great and I can without a doubt put my trust with stylists

Rachel was very slow
Rachel was very slow, I explained I wanted volume in my hair, she asked if I wanted mousse!!! Umm yes!!!! I asked for volume… then she proceeded to dry it straight and making it flatter with every brush stoke… I kept reminding her I needed volume but it was like she didn’t know what to do. She kept brushing my hair back, why?? She kept putting the blow dryer under her arm so she could grasp my hair, which caused the dryer to blow my hair everywhere… She hardly put mousse in my hair, it went really flat at my event! Not happy at all… if I go back I will try a senior stylist…

Had a great and professional experience with Ana Maria. Really paid attention to my preferences and instruction. I’m very happy with my cut and blow dry. Total sweetheart too!

The team at this location is super welcoming and accommodating. Also wanted to say that Ana Maria is the best! She’s honest and super knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what I needed to do to reach my “hair goals”. Approachable, personable and a great attitude. Can’t wait to come back and have her work some magic on my hair :)

Loved my haircut and style!!!!
My stylist was Ana Maria and she took the time to discuss with me different style options and explained face framing. My cut was exactly what I wanted, and my hair feels really healthy and more manageable! I will definitely be going back!

Curly Haircut - Amazing
I have super curly hair, and came into Chatters with a previous bad haircut with super choppy layers.. My stylist Farah was absolutely amazing!!! She was able to correct the layers beautifully, and my hair has never looked better. She was super personable, and very talented at her job. She is well versed in curly hair and gave me a lot of information about hair care, and told me exactly what she was doing and using. I will 100% be returning when I need another haircut!

I asked for an inch off and she chopped 5 inches off. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had to wait for 15 minutes even..
I had to wait for 15 minutes even though I had booked an appointment in advance. The hairdresser finished 15 minutes early for my haircut because they had another appointment scheduled, and as a result, my haircut was not done properly.
