The staff were so professional from the moment I checked in to after my appointment. I really appreciate my hair stylist, Antonella! She listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with that style. I’m so happy with the haircut.

I am always so happy after having my hair done by the best of the best, Ana Maria! She puts her whole heart into all she does and makes you feel and look your best. She is a true artist and a wonderful person.

I was a walk in on March 17 and had my hair cut and styled by Ana Maria. What a wonder patient hair stylist. She listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions. I love the cut and style. And that hair wash. I could have fallen asleep it was so relaxing. I finally found a wonderful hair dresser. Thank you!!!

I’ve never trusted anyone with my hair before, I have very curly hair & most people don’t know how to manage it. I took a chance & got a haircut booked with Farah, she was absolutely incredible. I came back the second year & I was told to straighten my hair and see if it needs any adjustments, anything is uneven & come back to get it fixed. I let her know I don’t straighten my hair often, maybe once a year or every other year. I was told it didn’t matter when, I could come back whenever. So about 2-3 months later, I straightened my hair, noticed it was uneven & called to book an adjustment. I confirmed on the phone that I wouldn’t be charged as it’s just a minor adjustment, no shampoo, brushing, styling. She managed to get me in very quickly, I arrived and I was notified that because it is a new appointment, I would now have to be charged for the service and it was a hefty price. My original payment was in the range of $150-200 and now I was expected to spend another $100+ to adjust it AFTER I had gotten verbal confirmation that it would be free of charge.
I asked if there was anything that can be done but Farah said it was out of her hands & I left extremely disappointed with uneven hair.
I went from being a loyal customer to someone that is never going back because that’s not how you do business.

Adina is amazing! Adina is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I will continue to come back to have her do my hair, as well as my daughters.

Adina is fantastic! I really value her expertise when it comes to hair colour and styling. I had a wonderful experience at Chatters in Vaughan and I will definitely be back again!

First time here and it was the best haircut experience ever. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and my hairstylist Maria did an amazing job! She took the time to listen and made my hair look healthy again! For all the curly heads out there, ask for Maria! Shout out to Nav, Selena and Maria! 5/5 experience!
