The manager of the Woodbridge location was beyond accommodating and has outstanding customer service skills.

Staff was super nice and friendly
Staff was super nice and friendly. My stylist Ana Maria was amazing she made sure we were both on the same page for how my hair would look and what I wanted which is amazing because I have really long hair and haircut can be stressful for me but she made it really easy.

I walked in and they were available to assist immediately. Everyone was so nice, and my stylist did an amazing job! I highly recommend this salon.

I walked in for a women’s haircut and was assigned to Farah, who was just excellent. During consultation she provided honest and valuable feedback on whether what I wanted made sense, and if it would be flattering for my hair type and face shape. We came to a fantastic end result - not quite what I was envisioning but 10x better. She did such a great job. I’m thrilled with my new haircut and am looking forward to booking her again.

My personal experience with Chatters
All the people in the Salon was nice and friendly. You feel like you have known them for a long time, specially, Farah, my stylist who, besides being so nice, did a beautiful haircut to me!!!

Good Service But Rate change
Staff, service, haircut all three were good. No complains.
However, the rate plan was automatically changed. I choose 36$ haircut but when I came to the counter I ended up paying for a 46$ haircut plan. I had a 50% off coupon and paid 25.99$ plus taxes. I find it sneaky for a brand to change the rate plan for whatsoever reason.

Mother and son experience unforgettable!
My son and I had an amazing experience from walking in the door, that lasted the rest of the day even after we left. Our host was welcoming, kind, attentive and helpful and our stylist Fara knew exactly what we needed and wanted and made us feel our best right til the end. We felt so good all day even after we left. We would love to come back again!

Great salon
Great salon. New and spacious with great products. Went in for a wash and style with Maria Louisa. She was professional and gave some honest and practical advice. Loved the way my hair turned out. Will go back again.

I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The hairstyle was not professional, and unfortunately, my hair ended up getting damaged as a result. I expected a much higher standard of care and expertise. I do not recommend this salon/stylist and will not be returning.

One of the best hair cuts!
My hairdresser was Maria Luisa, I cannot express how much I absolutely love my cut! This was my first curly girl hair cut!
As a curly girl, it is really difficult having a hair cut, with a hair dresser that isn't experience with curly hair. I so happened to stumble upon Chatter (Woodbridge location). I've heard of it, but this one just opened in Woodbridge, I was talking with Maria Luisa and by chance asked if she was a hair dresser after seeing she had stunning curls, and she said yes! I was due for a cut, so I booked asap.
Maria Luisa listened to what I wanted, Gave suggestions based on my curl type, ans facial structure, and she helped give my suggestions on how to style my hair, with products I had, which so happened to be the exact products she used. She was so knowledgeable, and so helpful in explaining the process I should do with my curls!
After a week of my new cut, my hair is just as curly, I was able to style on my own, and cannot be happier! She was absolutely incredible!
My hair is slightly shorter than I wanted... BUT a lot of this is because my curl is bouncy! She didn't cut much, but due to my curls, actually curling it springs up. I cannot wait to continue my cuts here at Chatter, and keeps exploring the curly journey I'm on! Thank you so much for helping me find my confidence in wearing my natural beautiful curls!

Great experience
I was very hesitant going here as it is a new salon and my hairdresser of many years retired so after many visits to other salons and not being happy with the outcome I came to Farah she was amazing knew exactly what I wanted with my hair type did it and I love my new haircut!!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced stylist. I will definitely be back
