Mark and Amanda were absolutely fantastic! I had an offer accepted on a property earlier in the year after another broker/firm misled me as to my chances of getting a mortgage. Luckily, the owners said they would give me time to sort the mortgage situation out. I then approached Mark to see if he could help.
Mark was exceptionally thorough and professional. He took the time to understand my situation and liaised with potential lenders to find me the best solution. Unfortunately, due to various factors (mainly that I was buying in Scotland), my options were limited. Mark didn't give up and against all odds secured me a mortgage.
I am still in shock that he actually pulled it off! I couldn't recommend him or Charwin enough. If you're struggling to get a mortgage, get in contact with him - if anyone can help you get it over the line, it'll be Mark.

Again using charwin, amazing service, Aaron who i always deal with alongside Rob were brilliant,fast efficient and reliable people to work with, would recommend them to anyone looking to get a mortgage or remortgage you wont be disappointed, thank you for your service.

our situation was very complexed and we had approached a number of other brokers and advisers including the big national companies over a period of 3 years some of these spent months trying to help us get a mortgage but were unsuccessful
the gentleman at charwin we dealt with must have the patience of a saint as it took a number of months to go from inquiry to offer stage but he did achieve what no other company manage to do,

What an exceptional service my husband and I recently received from Charwin. We simply cannot praise Jamie Meakin enough for his help and support throughout. Fantastic service from start to finish. Having had a rather average experience with a previous mortgage broker, who let us down at the very last moment. I wanted to try Charwin. Matt and Dominque have been first class in terms of communications, understanding of our requirements and delivering our re-mortgaging requirements. They didnt over promise, but met our expectations, they were diligent, efficient with their communications, requests for information and provided regular updates throughout the whole process. I just wish that I used them earlier on during the year. Would certainly recommend their services and would be happy to use them again in the future. Thank you!!

My purchase was not straight forward as it was an auction purchase. Aaron was so patient and helpful guiding me through every problem and there were a few! His communication was excellent and he went out of his way to resolve issues, contacting all parties concerned. We had a bridging loan and I would recommend him. We will be using Aaron again.

We have been totally mis sold our mortgage by Jamie. We were advised our legal fees would be around 800.00 and received no further notification from either Charwin or the Solicitor of charges until completion when we received a completion statement from the solicitor charging us £1564.00 in fees of which each individual credit card to pay off was charged at £120.00 each !!! Charwin have charged us 1495.00 for doing very little - avoid or you too will receive extortionate hidden charges.

In reply to your response do you not think you should have relayed the fact the Solicitor refused to disclose their costings to yourself to your clients - us !! No because you barely made contact with us after we agreed to go ahead with the mortgage, in fact we have tried to contact Jamie and we have heard nothing from him but you still want your 1495.00 fee !! Feel very let down by your company and would not recommend or use you for our next mortgage.

After having little success with a well known broker company my husband and I contacted Charwin and were assigned Lucy as our broker. Throughout communication has been quick and easy, and we have been put in a much better position financially than we thought possible thanks to the work her and Dominique completed, absolutely earning the fee paid. What can I say other than amazing !
Richard is the best he helped me remortgage, get a good deal and he was always there for any questions throughout, regularly checked how things where going.
Molly helped with all the emails and paperwork and super friendly.
Weirdly I'm overjoyed to have completed but sadly gonna miss talking to Richard, a very knowledgeable nice man .Do not go anywhere else , 10000% recommended.
