Excellent services I have received from the mortgage lender

The mortgage process worked well and I was kept informed of progress, what seemed unneccesary was having to start the application process from the begining as the original mortgage offer had expired rather than simply confirming that nothing in the clients circumstances had chaged. This involveved rekeying all of the application details again. Its a policy issue rather than a process one.

It would be a 3 however my first case with KM, the UW Jane was brilliant however communication, speed of dealing with issues and constant chasing by myself was tiresome!

The mortgage went OK but the solicitor that they used was far from perfect. Digital service, constant emails about things already completed and still getting them. Completion statement was incorrect and the money received less than expected due to solicitor error.
