I've never set up a VPS before, so I really didn't know what I needed or much of what I was talking about. I ordered through their website, and later that day I got an e-mail message with everything I needed to log in and get started. As a first-timer, though, there were many things I didn't know how to do. I submitted a support request through their online form, and heard back via e-mail shortly. A number of exchanges ensued as I asked more questions to get up and going. After a few days it seemed evident to me I chose the wrong plan, so I sent a very lengthy e-mail with things I noticed different between my personal computer's performance and the VPS. I received great explanations in return, I did more research (thank you, Google), and continue with multiple lengthy exchanges with support via e-mail. Long story short, they ended up creating a custom VPS for me based upon my anticipated needs.

They entire time they were extremely helpful and friendly. I've never dealt with any other VPS provider, but I can say without hesitation I am fully pleased and beyond satisfied. Their service has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
