I have used few VPS services over the past few years, however I am using ChartVPS since last two years. I never had any down time ( 0% ), this is truly incredible.

Regarding customer service, Marko is absolutely friendly person and always willing to solve any issue (also non-technical one) plus you can get some good free advices on trading too :) . He even offer me a very nice reduced offer for Institutional plan and I love this reduced price.

As a trader in need of a powerful server to run multiple instances of my trading software, I was thrilled to find ChartVPS. This solution allowed me to easily backtest my strategy using years of data, while also giving me the flexibility to choose from multiple server locations, including one in Chicago. Despite having the option to choose a location closer to my office, I ultimately decided to go with the server in Chicago to be closer to the exchange.
