Obviously there are many VPS services available. ChartVPS understands the needs of traders. Their servers are very close to the exchanges.

However, the clincher for me is the service (Shout out to Jovan!). Because I live many time zones away from Chicago, my service requests have been in the middle of the night. After a few minutes' wait, I always get a real human, and quick interaction. Even on the sales side, they are much quicker to respond than other services I've worked with.

What's really important with service is that the people know what their doing & give you good advice. My experience with ChartVPS worked just like that. I worked with several people & each one knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend their services. Doug D
