Prélèvements indus

J ai tenté de chargé mon véhicule il y a 2/3 ans sans succès, par contre les 19, 20 et 21/25 je viens d être prélevé indûment de presque 600 euros avec des charges en Angleterre, j habite en Bretagne. Contacté immédiatement par téléphone ils m ont remboursé de 20 euros.......... Et j attends le solde........
12/12/25 : merci de votre réponse, je vous ai déjà appelé 3 fois ou l on me dit que mon dossier et en cours, envoyé 2 mails sans retour, vous me menez en bateau...

To start the $75 hold on my bank is…

To start the $75 hold on my bank is rediculous, I mean to charge $75 I would have to sit and charge for a week. The charger was so slow after sitting there for 30 minutes, I had gained 3%, I said screw that and went to a different place. These old outdated chargers need to be upgraded. I will give the $75 hold on my bank account until Monday and if it is not gone I guess I will call my bank and tell them the problem. I will never go to one of these again.

C'est du vol... des prélèvements de 75€ qui m'ont forcée à lancer une opposition carte... au total c'est 288,42€ de prélevés... je dois faire une déclaration sur Perceval et un dossier de contestation!

Catastrophique - faire attention a votre portefeuille. Hier soir je me suis retrouve avec 3 charges de EUR 75 sur ma carte de debit, sans que j'aie fait de recharge. Contacter leur support prend beaucoup de temps. Mieux vaut s'abstenir d'utiliser ce service.

Mir wurden am 24.11. auch aus einem Ladevorgang in uk 75€ belastet. ich habe sofort die Kreditkarte gesperrt und auch den Support von chargepoint telefonisch und per Mail kontaktiert. Per Mail war sehr schwierig da fast alle email Accounts nicht zustellbar abgewiesen wurden. Nun wurde mir angeblich das Geld als Guthaben auf die Karte geschrieben. Auch dies habe ich muniert und zurück gefordert. da wir eine private Ladesäule haben nutzen wir die chargepoint karte bisher noch nie. alleine die Arbeit eine neue Kreditkarte zu bekommen und diese überall neu zu hinterlegen ist ärgerlich aber noch schlimmer dass die 75€ erstmal abgebucht wurden und weg sind. ich bin gespannt ob ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte oder wie es weitergeht. ich bin sehr unzufrieden und enttäuscht über den Service

Account hacked...

My account has been hacked and I suspect someone has been taking money from my account for many months. I only only noticed after 6 pre-payment charges of 75 pounds were taken in a single day. Even after I changed my password two more charges of 40 pounds were taken. I have closed my account now and will never use this service again.

My account

My account, like several others, was hacked with 3 expensive transactions showing. I did get through to customer care who seemed helpful, also had to cancel my credit card. I will see when the transaction is cancell d, but the system of auto top ups is a recipe for fraud. A very bad system and it seems frequent security breaches.

Restguthaben wird nicht zurücküberwiesen

Um das Restguthaben zu erhalten, muss man sein Konto löschen und nach 3-5 Werktagen wird das Geld überwiesen. So steht es auf der Homepage. Seit Wochen renne ich meinem Restguthaben hinterher. Ich habe schon mehrmals über den Chat Kontakt aufgenommen und mir wurde jedes Mal versichert, dass der Fall an das Expertenteam geschickt wurde und man sich kümmern würde. Was kann so schwer sein Geld zu überweisen?

Nachdem wir fast zwei Jahre ohne…

Nachdem wir fast zwei Jahre ohne Probleme über die Karte geladen haben, wurde ohne Information nun 170 Euro abgebucht für zwei Ladevorgänge, von denen eigentlich jeweils zwischen 6-10 Euro offen gewesen wäre. Es ist weder telefonisch noch per Email vernünftig Kontakt herzustellen, eine Katastrophe für einen Kunden, sehr ärgerlich und betrügerisch.

je me suis inscrite mais n'ai quasi jamais utilisé cette application. En date du 13 nov, j'ai découvert que mon compte avait été utilisé pour une recharge de plus de 60 eur à Londres. Après une plainte auprès de Chargepoint Nl qui m'a renvoyé vers Chargepoint Europe, aucun retour de leur part - service quasi impossible à joindre : pas d'emails, pas de n° de tel, uniquement un formulaire de contact ou un chatbod inefficace

Very poor service, App poor.

Very poor service. No replies when case created for non working station. Phone line went through all options until it transferred me to an adviser at which point I was cut off. Can't add a payment method so I can't use them and they are at my place of work so I'm stranded until I can.

Unsicher - SCAM

Hätte ich die Bewertungen wohl vorher gelesen....

Auch ich wachte eines morgens auf und bekam eine Notification von der Chargepoint-App, jemand hätte sich über ein iPhone in mein Account eingeloggt.

Als ich dann in die App rein bin, sah ich einen Ladevorgang in London, brach diesen sofort ab. In der Nacht wurde wohl das Auto schon einmal voll geladen ~50 €. Gott sei Dank rechtzeitig durch die Notification gemerkt, scheinbar hat es hier manche übler getroffen...

Habe dann meinen Account sofort gelöscht. Kann leider kein Vertrauen mehr schenken in die Sicherheitssysteme, sofern hier welche vorhanden sind. Dass sich jemand einloggen kann, von fremdem Handy, im Ausland und ohne eine weitere Authentifizierung Zahlungen tätigen kann, ist mehr als fahrlässig.

Hoffe natürlich, dass diese Gebühren nicht zu tragen sind bzw. werde diese zurückfordern, da es eindeutig Betrug ist und seitens des Anbieters Zahlungen ohne Authentifizierung (z. B. Geräte-ID) durchgeführt werden.

Attention fraude

Attention, les tarifs affichés ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Vous vous connectez à une borne triphasé type2 avec un tarif et c'est une autre proche en monophasé Shuko à un autre tarif qui s'applique (bien sûr plus cher). Vous avez des tarifs différents en fonction de l'heure, même si vous vous connectez au heures les moins cher, on vous fait payer le prix fort.
Je vais donc faire un retour à la répression des fraudes pour faire cesser leurs affichages de tarifs trompeurs.

EDIT du 02/12/2025: un mois après toujours pas de réponses. Une vrai arnaque.

Edit du 14/12/2025: Rien n'a encore été fait et ils osent appeler pour me demander si tout était OK. Me demande des preuves que j'ai envoyé en Novembre. Me dit qu'elle les voit bien et que cela va aller vite vu les preuves (photos, print écran...)

Do not use ChargePoint

My account was hacked like many others.
Luckily I managed to stop the charge very quickly, immediately changed my password also. This was a really secure password, I never received any email from ChargePoint either.

However days later I’m still yet to be able to make contact with charge point as their customer service emails just bounce back.

There is no option to remove bank details or remove credit from the account.

Awful

Awful. Unauthorised charges were made to my account - when I logged into the app there was no way of removing my bank card details, when I tried to call the UK support telephone number I was met with an automated service which hung up on me, the online support won't let you raise an issue without the EV Charge Point's MAC address and serial number (how would I know those when it's unauthorised/fraudulent use?) and the support email address (which is pretty hard to find on the internet) sends an out of office "Support case creation is no longer available by email".

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had to pay a 328$ supplemental charge under warranty!

My charging station did not detect wifi networks (=>could not modify charging schedules, parameters, etc). They sent me a new one n.c. BUT i had to disburse another 328$ to an electrician for reinstalling the thing! This changes the global acquisition price!!!🤬 So I strongly suggest that you select another company.

abuse of my account.

There was abuse of my account in foreign country, moey was taken from my credit card due to someone else used my account linked with a very strong password.

The company expects me to change, password add another payment method ???? before they want to consider paying back my money.

Because I completely deleted my account from their site/app , I am not able to do this anymore.

I can hardly consider this a correct way to handle abuse of my account, by asking to add payment methods....

Sening mails to their support email is also not read.

Account hacked - with many others

I’m yet another customer whose account has been hacked via a data leak and charged £40 for an EV 340 miles away from where I was at the time. ChargePoint know about the hack but have still not credited my account or returned the balance on my account after 3 weeks and several messages. They clearly don’t have any scruples about fraud or security of their systems.
