Online ordering
When I ordered online, it didn't give me the option to pick the item up. I went to the store, the refunded me the shipping and I was able to bring the item home. They were extremely helpful!

Great price + Exceptional Service
They were excellent from start to finish. Price of my Big Green Egg was $300 cheaper than anywhere else, free delivery and exceptional customer service. I had made a mistake in the size of the cover I had ordered. Their staff called me the morning of my delivery and told me I had made a mistake but that they had substituted the correct size on the truck for my delivery at no extra cost. Would buy all my bbq needs from them if I could!

Full Service
They put the barbecue together, delivered it to my backyard deck, took away my old bbq. Full service - which is rare when your looking for a bbq. Also, a great selection of bbq's to choose from. Prices were reasonable, staff friendly and helpful.

Bought a Smoker Online!
When my estimated ship date came and went, I kept thinking "I should call those folks." But actually, they beat me to it, I just hadn't checked my email!
They called, explained the situation (my smoker was not in stock yet) and gave me options. Then the smokers appeared and so did my order!
They use a good shipping partner and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
My partner wanted this particular smoker - and even though I have no other made in US products in my heart right now - he did. So, I wanted to give our dollars to a small business instead of a Big Box Hardware Store (tm).
I'm very glad I did.
Next time I'm in Hamilton, I'm looking forward to checking them out in person. Highly recommend for large online orders shipped to home.

Selection is dope. Customer service is dope. Better grill (way better) than I could have gotten in my city, and at a better price than what I would have otherwise had to settle for. Also had all the good supplies. Now I'm grilling every night for weeks and I don't want to slow it down. Much gratitude to this shop.
