Some minor delivery and quality issues have occurred, but their customer service and attention to detail make up for it. I’d definitely recommend them overall.

Received stunning, fresh bouquet of flowers: stylish with subtle colouring.

The outcome was fine - beautiful flowers to take to my host - but it was slightly off-putting to be told, on arriving at the shop, that I should go online to make my order. But they redeemed the situation by explaining my options to me so that I was fully briefed on what to do. On arrival at the appointed pick-up time, my flowers weren't ready for me, though again this was redeemed after a short wait.

Needed a local delivery service for a friend who had been in hospital. Just googled and found this one was close by - lucky break! The whole process was incredibly simple, the products on offer were lovely and quite unique, and same day delivery. My friend was thrilled - I'd ordered the 'bottles and jars' selection so no work required when they were delivered. Super all round - very happy. Would definitely recommend.
