Flowers were great and arrived on time

Amazing bouquet that filled the sitting room with wonderful aromas. My wife is a florist so buying flowers for her is always a challenge but Catkin and Pussywillow always delivers

On ordering the flowers I was not asked for the recipient address, and the order defaulted to my address (which was supplied for the billing address). Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered a day early too. I ended up ordering online, phoning and emailing! Beautiful flowers though.

Usually flowers are wonderfully displayed, excellent quality and good longevity. Unfortunately this time round the bouquet was ready for the bin in 5 days. Hopefully a one off

What a FANTASTIC florist! I came in to ask about them recreating my wife's bouquet for our 1st wedding anniversary. This was not the florist we used for our wedding day but I wish it was. The bouquet was so much better than I could have imagined and they kept to their promise to make mine the first delivery of the day. Amazing customer service, even better product and the delivery person was a delight to my wife on the door, even wishing her a happy anniversary. Overall I couldn't rate this business higher and rest assured I will be back year on year. Thank you for helping make my wife's day!

These bouquets are always beautifully presented and the blooms of high quality. They are not cheap, but are definitely worth the extra money because they are always so lovely.

My Mum received a Vibrant bouquet for her birthday that only lasted a few days . I jumped the gun by placing a review before contacting the shop . Mum received another beautiful bouquet a few days later ...they were absolutely stunning . Many thanks to Lucy for organising this I am very grateful and will be ordering from Catkin and Pussywillow again. In future I will think before placing a review.

On this occasion I used their online service and the receiver was very happy with the lovely bouquet. The service can be hit and miss and it has been like this for years and I don't know if this is due to high staff turnover or sth else. Some staff seem disengaged. I haven't visited the shop in a long time but their online service still works very well.

I ordered from New Zealand and the process was seamless, fast and easy. I wanted to support a local business rather than a large international flower company. After a quick Instagram stalk I knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. Thank you for delivering beautiful flowers to my dear friend, she was so pleased with them.
