Beautiful flowers delivered on time and they lasted for over two weeks.

Flowers were delivered promptly and the recipient was very pleased. I would have appreciated receiving a photo of the arrangement so i could see what was sent.

Very nice bouquet, delightfully presented, about the size I was hoping for (it’s not obvious how big the displays are from the website), delivered on time

I ordered online....(34740), on 1/09/2025. The confirming email had a muddle of my address and the address of the person to whom I wanted to send the bouquet.
I phoned the shop from where it would be delivered and was reassured that the mistake would be corrected. Bouquet delivered, I got photos from the recipient, only to see that it was not the Summer bouquet I had chosen on the website, but a mixture of a bizarre large item and mainly Chrysanthemums, in a bunch that appeared to be 'thrown together'. NOT what I had expected or ordered. The message and receipt also spelled her name wrongly. £55.95 for this fiasco?

Ordering from overseas was easy. Given the time difference they kept me up to date with the timing of our delivery and made sure my order had all the flowers we requested.
The bouquet was divine and the recipient loved them.

The all-important product - the bouquet was beautiful and appeared to have fresh flowers, not stems in their late life stages which can happen with orders from us in Australia to be delivered in the UK. So, very relieved..
On Customer Service - the florist responded very quickly to a last minute request which was very appreciated

So helpful & kind, especially as I was ordering from overseas and they linked my order with a follow up email.

I asked via email for my flowers to be delivered first thing in the morning which I assumed would be 9AM since that’s when you open. The flowers didn’t get delivered till 11.30am and my girlfriend wasn’t home to receive the flowers on her birthday.

Great flowers- didn't seem them myself but the recipient loved them
