Delightful customer service. I made a error about the day of collection but that was not a problem, date changed easily.

The flowers were beautiful but it was Valentine’s Day and they didn’t arrive until nearly 4pm which at £115 was a poor show, the day was nearly over!

Delivered a beautiful bouquet once again for my Great Aunt - I use them every year and they always do a great job.

The ordering process was simple, delivery on time and the flower arrangement as depicted. Good experience. Second time to use Catkin& Pussywillow both time very happy with outcome.

Staff are so easy to deal with and the website likewise. Deliveries are on time, every time. Most importantly, the flower arrangements are always excellent and even please my cousin, who is not easily impressed!

Amazing flowers, efficient delivery

I am not based in the UK and needed a nice floral wreath delivered for a funeral in Winchester. C&P had a great website to look at different options for the wreath and a notes section to explain what was needed. The wreath looked fantastic on the day. Thanks to the team for making it happen!!

Never again!!! What an absolute shamble! I went to pick up the £45 flowers my son bought for his girlfriend to celebrate a very special evening. The flowers were not ready when I got there. They said he hadn’t called back to confirm the date! I checked with him and he absolutely did. No problem! They said they would do them right away except that they didn’t have enough roses but not to worry because they were bigger (she meant older, about to die!). She didn’t offer extra flowers to make up for the missing amount of roses. Gave me the most boring brown paper bag. I asked for a bow and she put the thinnest black string on the bouquet!!!! What an absolute joke. I was embarrassed for my son giving those flowers to his girlfriend!!! Tesco would have done a much better job for £10!!! I was so mad I couldn’t talk!!!!! I rushed to another florist in Chandlers Ford and begged for help. The lady told me the roses were old, was gobsmacked they were not in water and said the packaging should have been part of the service!!!! For £10 she sorted them out for me!!! And look at the difference!
Your customer service today was appalling!!!!! The bow you offered me was a slap in the face. You clearly could tell I was terribly unhappy with the service we paid for and did not receive!!! Never again!!!! Please see the first two pictures for the bouquet as it was given to me. Pay attention to the fabulous bow!!!! What a joke. And then see the flowers once revamped by the florist in Chandler’s Ford!!!! To say I am mad is not even close to describing how I feel. Your lack of customer service was rude. I couldn’t help wondering if I had been brushed off because I am French. Let’s hope not.

Fabulous service. Staff helped me pick out and order flowers and then when I sent it to an incorrect address the delivery driver went above and beyond to collect and redeliver to the correct address. Beyond all expectations, I’m so glad I ordered with Catkin & Pussywillow.
