I ordered a jacket which came the next day beautiful jacket unfortunately the wrong size my husband and I were having great difficulty in understanding and finding the correct size.i used casual basements messaging and they were so helpful they measured lots of different jackets for me and helped us to get the correct size.i had returned the original jacket which id asked for full refund instead they exchanged for the new 1 which arrived the day after return was received and adjusted and refunded the difference. Made my whole experience super easy .will be using their site again. Thanks guys you were amazing.

I had recently bought a CP jacket for winter from Casual Basement. After what I consider a very rapid delivery, I received my jacket on Monday and loved it, unfortunately I was not happy with a couple of markings on the material! I emailed Casual Basement the evening I received the jacket and got a response within 8hrs as I did message in the evening! I sent back the jacket the very next day on Tuesday and requested an exchange! Today is Friday and I have just taken delivery of the new jacket and it’s perfect! Thankyou so much Casual basement you have a repeat customer I will be back this has to be one of the most professional services regarding my garment return and exchange I’ve ever experienced!

Very quick delivery good selection of clothing and sizes I had to return my purchase and exchange it for a smaller size my only gripe is they do not offer free returns it cost me £15 to return so bear that in mind
