Purchased a moose knuckle coat 2 years ago - stupidly didn’t check authenticity as assumed these guys are a legit outfit

Tried to sell the coat today and was asked to prove authenticity (rightlyso) and the coat is a fake!!!!

Avoid at all costs or if you can’t, check authenticity the second your items arrive

In response to their bizarre response and claims - Moose Knuckle themselves have confirmed it is counterfeit, not the potential buyer!!! I wouldn’t let a random person tell me it’s fake, I’ve done my checks and as just stated, moose knuckle have confirmed it’s counterfeit - may want to check your supply chain!

Additional edit - given your attitude and lack of ownership over this, I’ll just go straight to trading standards

I ordered a CP jacket and I certified it as authentic, I was a bit sceptical at first but I had nothing to worry about as everything was perfect, from ordering to receiving my item in 2 days,I would highly recommend casual basement.

Company customer service shocking phone number what is going on with that. I've sent 4 emails due to a return the communication is rubbish. Will not be buying anything from this company again.....

First time ive ordered any clothing from Casual Basement. From purchase to delivery everything went smoothly. They kept in touch via email telling me the status of my item. I recieved a tracking number so i could check as well and it was delivered on time by thier courier. My item was packaged very well in a box to protect it from any damage.

I’ve purchased (so far) two CP items from CB. The 1st item-great price and delivery was swift - very well packaged and presented. I’ve just purchased a pair of CP shorts, I wasn’t sure on sizing and they were very helpful. Unfortunately they were too big but the exchange process was easy and no problem. After a few hours of wear the rubber CP logo came loose. I wasn’t sure panicked and reached out to see what could be done. I quickly received some options so chose to send them back for them to fix. I received them back and they’re incredible - not only fixed but sent back as if they were a new purchase, all boxed and presented beautifully.
This company really are the real deal and have simply nailed customer service - I had originally contacted CP Company and they never even came back to me!
Trust Casual Basement- you won’t be disappointed and will certainly use them again and again.
