Great selection of items at equally great prices. Initially ordered jacket which when it arrived was sadly too small. Returned jacket and ordered a larger size. New item received promptly and refund for original item processed quickly. All in all a great customer experience.

Excellent customer service! My son purchased an expensive item of headwear from the site without permission. The company’s policy is not to accept returns of headwear but after I explained the situation, they were very understanding and approved the return. It was very much appreciated.

Ordered item and paid next day delivery. Item arrived very well packed in a box & in factory packaging.
Unfortunately the item was too big so had to return. I chose refund option & the refund was issued within 2 working days.
Overall excellent service from Casual Basement, no fault of theirs that item was too big. Would use again.

Found this little gem of a designer outfit recently when I purchased the perfect water resistant cp company hooded parker, goes right pass my knees when a have it on, although the pop studs at the bottom easily unpop when bend down low or sit down in your car seat to drive. I wouldn't say though it's a downside, as the parker is vary well made.

And I will definitely being placing more orders with casual basement.

They had what i wanted and the price was very good. Then the item came quickly and beautifully packaged. It was a gift so I was able to reuse the packaging.

Ordered a £180 hoodie on 1st December for my son for Christmas. We weren't in for the original delivery so requested Royal Mail deliver to the local post office. Royal Mail ignored this and appear to have left it next to outside of our back gate (which is on a public footpath) and it was nowhere to be found when we got home (even though the Casual Basement website states items are sent 'signed for'). Casual Basement have taken no responsibility at all for this and say that as the GPS shows it was delivered to our address they have fulfilled the contract. They claim to have opened a dispute with Royal Mail who have refused them a refund. We now have to go through the rigamarole of the small claims court. There are some similar reviews on here where items have gone missing so please beware that you risk losing your money if ordering from here. I'm sure they will reply on here with the GPS excuse I've heard a million times from them. It doesn't get me my £180 back or all the time trying to sort it out has taken. You're better off spending a little more and ordering from a reliable retailer. I found out the hard way it's not worth the risk of ordering from here.

Additional note in response to Casual Basement's reply - if the item wasn't left outside of the property as they've stated here, where was it left and who signed for it? They fail to mention this or that the 'delivery photo taken at your address' is a photograph of my back gate from outside or that Royal Mail confirmed they would deliver to the Post Office (as we didn't want such an expensive item left outside). Also, note the attitude of the reply, no apology for the upset and frustration caused.

I ordered a jacket,and on receiving the item,tried the jacket,and realised it was too big,emailed and explained the situation,was no problem in returning and getting my refund back into my account,very efficient and no trouble whatsoever,have ordered before and will continue do so.
