They connected with my every inquiry from the word go, I'm not great with measuring, so they sent Steve out to make sure it was correct, Steve brought samples with him and he was very patient, as the more I saw the more flustered I became, but it was no hassle to him, fitting was arranged, I ended up having to request an afternoon appointment due to something urgent cropping up, it was dealt with no problem, carpet fitters Mark and Martin were great, asked for me to put heating on, I thought they were cold at first, but no it was the carpet what had got cold on the van, fitted perfectly and the few ripples caused because it was cold soon flattened out, least they explained that bit to me otherwise I'd of had concerns, communication and service has been brilliant from start to finish and I am absolutely over the moon with my new carpet

I would highly recommend this company, really good communication and they came and fitted it perfectly with no mess. I will definitely be using them whilst I do up each room of our home.

We were delighted with the service provided by Carpets at Home. Choosing a carpet, fitting and communication were all excellent. Care was taken by the fitters not to damage decor and the job was done quickly and efficiently.

We moved into a new build with no floors throughout and booked Carpets at Home at relatively short notice. They were very accommodating of our potential moving date due to legal completion. They have an excellent show room with plenty of choice for all budgets. They were also very patient with my constant decision changing 🙈 The fitters on the day were really reliable, super quick and professional. The carpets are excellent quality and so fluffy. The service was brilliant from start to finish and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again!

Always count on these guys to fit amazing carpets.. even with an issue with his van on the day of fitting which made him run late, he made sure to keep me updated and worked late to make sure it was done.. and it looks amazing..

I would recommend this company and service. It’s brilliant to see the sample carpets in your own home, against your own furniture and colour scheme, and at the same time measured and a quote.
Don’t bother going to a store again.

What a lovely job these guys did on my new stair and landing. Just left the key with them and came home to it all done. Would highly recommend. Very happy customer.
