After nearly two weeks I finally heard back from the company. Even though the dress did not match the description on their website they are making me responsible for the cost of shipping to China ($50.00)

Not happy with the support services for returns.
I sent an email to support services to get a return authorization number for my order.
I sent the requested photos of the items that I received to Elai. I was not satisfied with the color as the blue did not look like the blue in the picture on your website. Also, due to the delay in shipment I did not receive the items in time for a wedding that I was attending. Thanks for the 15% discount on another purchase due to the delay but no thanks.
Elai has yet to respond with my return authorization number.

Please provide return authorization number.

I really like the look of it and the quality is good overall. It took a little longer to arrive than I expected, but customer support was helpful when I contacted them and the package arrived in perfect condition. Happy with it, just wish shipping had been a bit faster.

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The product is really nicely made and the packaging was a nice little touch too. Nothing to complain about, I'd definitely order from them again.

Ordered a dress doesn’t fit. Want to return it. Told they would send a replacement for a $15 fee or a different item. Just wanted my money back. Was told I would have to sent it to their international warehouse at a high cost but won’t say where. On the website they are listed in the US but can’t return items to US. It’s a scam. Don’t order from them. Loss money lesson learned. Wish I would have read these reviews first. Also dress was a poor quality material.

I lost $80 on a piece of trash. ABIGAIL WOMEN'S ELEGANT ITALIAN STYLE JACKET is advertised as “Crafted from premium Italian leather” and is 95% POLYESTER and 5% SPANDEX. It’s a drop shipping company. They ship garbage from China and the so called easy return and guarantee means you have to pay to ship back to China. Cover all shipping and duties and keep your fingers crossed that you get anything back. Don’t order. The stench is so toxic from the product. Wish I could share photos of what I actually received. Absolute scam.

Okay I actually like this way more than I thought I would. The little details make it look really nice and it doesn't feel cheap at all. It was packed carefully and got here sooner than I expected.

The whole thing was just a really good experience. The product looks exactly like the pictures and feels well made. I also had a question before ordering and customer service replied pretty quickly, which I appreciated.

I wasn't expecting much at first, but I was honestly impressed when it arrived. The design looks really nice in person and the quality feels better than I expected. Packaging was neat and delivery was pretty quick too.

It’s a scam. The dress I ordered arrived and was nothing like the pictures online. It was very cheap and awful. The pictures on their website were actually stolen from the brand AJE. They also will not respond any further to my email requests for a return and refund. Do not purchase from this company.

I bought a blouse. I didn't like the fabric. I wanted to return it. In order to get my refund, I would have to pay to send it to CHINA, That is ILLEGAL. DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE!!!

The products are not made in the US and are sent from China although they have a Nebraska address. The dress on the website looks completely different than the one I got. They try to makes dupe of a dress they say they you get 30 day returns but you have to send the item back to China at your expense. I paid $65 for a dress. They offered me a 15% store credit and to keep the dress. I went to the post office and it cost $65 to send priority with tracking. Don’t buy from them. They are a scam!!!!!

saw an ad on my phone and figured why not. glad i did, shipping was quick and really happy with what i got. been recommending it to friends. good stuff.

Nice packaging. Everything was folded neatly and wrapped in tissue paper. Small detail but it makes the whole experience feel more put together. Quality was solid too.

Had to do a return, totally my fault. They were really professional about it and I got my refund pretty fast. Appreciated how easy they made it.

This is my second order and both times everything came exactly as described and arrived within a week. I appreciate a store that doesn't use misleading photos. What you see is what you get.

Its okay. The quality is decent for what I paid but I guess I just expected it to feel a bit more sturdy. Not bad, just not exactly what I had in mind. Might try something else from them though.

I emailed them about a question before ordering and someone got back to me within a few hours. Thats rare honestly, most stores take days or just never respond. Good experience overall.

I was a little hesitant to order from a brand i hadn't heard of before but a friend recommended it and Im glad she did. Everything was beautifully made and the details look really clean. It arrived in about a week which i thought was reasonable. Would order again for sure.
