I've been using Car Parts 4 Less for many years because they offer quality items at affordable prices. Never had an issue with delivery or collection from my local Euro car parts depot.

Goods Cancelled - No explanation

Company failed to send me the parts I have ordered and instigated a customer return with no communications ! Thanks a lot for leaving me in the lurch !!!

Why pay for same day delivery when they don't do it!

We ordered a car battery, paid for same day delivery, after many calls, emails it did not arrive as promised. We purchased from Euro Car Parts and was dealing with Car Parts 4 Less....not sure who is who and no one answers the phone! Very unhelpful.

Long queues

Long queues, too much waiting, one staff working, too time wasting engaging in social chit chat with customers while people waiting in the queue for click and collect

Stop start battery

Very competitive pricing and a good range to choose from. I expected delivery in 3 to 4 days but within an hour and a half of ordering the battery was on my doorstep! Ordered, delivered and fitted all on the same day!
